Manager was rude and dismissive — claimed my dyson repair would take OVER two weeks… however, when I complained to Dyson, I learned that it would be completed in UNDER two HOURS… will never go back

We had an extremely odd and bad experience here. We brought our Dyson vacuum in for a warranty repair (Dyson told us to bring it to alexander’s, on their dime) because the stand was broken. The owner (?) flatly told us there was nothing wrong with our vacuum and that we simply didn’t remember how the stand worked. Of course, he had no idea what he was talking about, but its not really worth it to argue with someone who thinks he is an expert in vacuum stands. He then tried to upsell us a «vacuum service» and replacements for the «lifetime» filters on our vacuum. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

1 star is too high a rating honestly. This place has horrible, rude, and interruptive customer service. It is a shame that Singer sewing machines is affiliated with such a place. How they remain in business is beyond me. Just check out their google reviews or give them a quick call, the person who answers will surely prove my point.
