History

Established in 1988.

The Diem Team was established in 1988 with Ernestine and Aaron Diem (mother and son) as a real estate team serving the Durango, Colorado area. Now almost 25 years later, the Diem Team consists of Aaron and Elizabeth (Father and daughter) and Barbara (Aaron’s wife) carrying on the tradition of quality real estate service for area homesellers and buyers.

Business Owner

Aaron started his career in real estate at the age of 14 as an apprentice at a local real estate appraisal company. At the age of 18 he obtained his Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license and opened his first real estate company. Aaron has continued his real estate practice specializing in residential property. Along with helming the «Diem Team» at RE/​MAX Pinnacle he is also co-​owner and Director of Education at the Real Estate College of Colorado which has provided real estate education to prospective licensees since 1978. He is a sought after real estate instructor throughout Colorado and is approved by the Colorado Division of Real Estate to teach their Annual Real Estate Commission Update course required of all licensees in the state.
