He has over 25,000 hours of construction experience, coupled with over 10 years of investing in real estate, and numerous residential remodels. Chad has high expectations when it comes to giving his customers a quality inspection. Having been a project foreman of multi-million dollar projects he has obtained a high attention to detail and workmanship.
