Melissa M.

Business Owner

Melissa is a Durango native and brings experience and knowledge of the area to all of her clients. The moment you sit down and talk with Melissa, she makes you feel comfortable and confident. Melissa is a highly motivated, positive, honest and hard-​working person.

Melissa was born and raised in Durango and attended Fort Lewis College. Prior to practicing real estate, Melissa worked in sales for a national company. During this time, she was able to start investing in real estate and that is when she found her passion. After deciding to pursue real estate, she realized the value of understanding the loan process as well as the sales process. She worked as a mortgage broker for over 3 years before obtaining her real estate license in 2005. Melissa has worked at The Wells Group since early 2008. She has been awarded Rookie of the Year, Growth Achievement and was honored with the Spirit Award for her community mindedness.

In her free time, she can be found riding her bike or horse.
