Elevation Real Estate Company was founded by Shane Dawson in 2008, after many years of experience under great firms such as Christie’s Great Estates and Resort Management with Forever Resorts. The company focuses on Residential, Land and Farm & Ranch properties in the Durango area and Southwest Colorado.

Shane has been in the real estate business since 1997 when he began managing western style properties for one of the largest private landowners in the United States. Since founding Elevation in 2008, Shane has expanded his focus into traditional residential properties, in addition to an extensive background in farm & ranch and luxury home sales.
