El Dorado Cattle Co. raise’s All Natural Registered Longhorn Cattle. Our animals are born and raised on our ranch and handled with the goal of minimizing stress. They graze on lush pesticide free pastures, our own high altitude grass hay, and finished on local upcycled brewers grain from Ska and Durango Brewing. Adding the perfect marbling to our naturally lean beef. We hand select and inspect each animal for optimal processing. We are dedicated to the conservation of our land, and the sustainability of our animals.

Established in 1997.

We are based on solid values, hard work, patience, perseverance and a love of the «longhorn». Our company uses sustainable farming practices, local supply sources, and local upcycled brewers’ grain from Ska and Durango Brewing. We create customer satisfaction by providing superior All Natural Longhorn Beef. Our goal is to coexist with the land, the forest and to always have respect for the native wildlife.

All of our beef cattle are born and raised on our ranch. We handle them daily from birth to processing. One of the benefits of having a small operation is knowing each animal as an individual. We have taken years to breed and build our herd to what it is today. Our cattle are bred for carcass, body type, temperament, color, and horns. They are naturally much leaner than other breeds. Longhorns are known to be natural browsers, and disease resistant. El Dorado Cattle Co. is known for giving our loyal customers a consistently delicious and memorable taste experience.
