Manicure with gel polish was nice, lasted a few weeks with no chipping. Tech was meticulous. The salon was old and dingy looking had me a bit concerned if utensils were clean or not and finally I was turned off the tech tried to up sell me three times. Overall nails look nice and better job than other salons in the area, not sure if I’ll go back though

First time here. Lena was professional, kind, and a master at making my nails look amazing. She even asked to make a picture profile of what I had done so that the next time I come in, she can show me exact ideas. Very happy!

This salon is absolutely amazing!!! I have been going to these ladies for about 2 years now and they do not disappoint. You get so much done for very little. Make sure you stay for the amazing pedicures. Worth every last cent. I highly recommend this salon.

We have a wonderful time and really enjoy pedicures here. For $ 30 it includes the massage chair, soak, foot/​calf massage, scrub, lotion/​hot rock, paraffin wax and nail trim/​polish. About an hour of pure bliss. Love it!

Okay experience. Not what I had hoped for. I am new to the area. Gave them a try based on a local waitress’ recommendation. I will continue my search for the right nail salon for me, but they will do if in a pinch.

Not thrilled with this place. Got a mani/​pedi here and the nail tech rushed through both. Had the deluxe pedi and she didn’t even really do much on my feet, and didn’t put a top coat on my toes! The coats of nail polish on my finger nails were so thin they chipped within a day.

I came here today and got a pedicure and gel mani. They did an amazing job, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I had a great experience the first time I came here but this second visit wasn’t so great. I ended up getting their regular pedicure with french tip and I was up sold on a snow flake nail design on both big toes which cost 12 dollars extra which didn’t make sense to me, but I guess I shouldve asked when getting wrung up what the break down was, it was 35 for the pedicure (23 listed price for regular pedi and 12 for design?) Although, I really liked how it came out so it made up for the weak massage I also received lol
I ended up going home and coming back within the same day to have my nails done and it was a different lady who did it, not sure if she’s the owner or manager since she sits up front. Well I showed her a picture off pinterest of the exact nail shape I wanted as well as design with a change of the color used as well as using a solid color on the ring finger. Well she preceded to tell me if I was sure I wanted that since she knew I had a young one at home, really?! I’m paying you for a service, not your opinion, but thank anyways. Well, she also apparently thought it was necessary to round out the nails to look very elderly style. Okay let me get one thing straight, SoCal born and raised here and was getting «stiletto» nails done 5 years before it became popular, shoot me for having some style and not looking cookie cutter «mom’ish» and especially not the chillaxed WA style or lack thereof. so why would you proceed to change what I asked for, to your liking when I am paying you?! Soo frustrating. to top it off she painted it sloppy and seemed bothered that I didn’t want gel nail polish used instead (she asked twice after I said no Ty I just want regular nail polish) This place seems big on up selling, what they don’t understand is that just cause you make someone uncomfortable and feel they’re obligated to go with whatever you are up selling they’re more likely never to come back, so up sell for a few more bucks and lose a client, or gain a regular client who will spend regularly by feeling comfortable and trusting you? Ehh whatever, it ain’t my business.

They were 20min late for my «apt.» They forgot about me and my water would have overflowed had I not mentioned it. They did not turn on the massage chair so I had two balls jabbing my back the entire time. She forgot me again and left me sitting there for 15min while tending to the lady next to me then simply told me I could go (without doing a second coat on my pathetic looking toes). She had the nerve to ask me for MORE of a tip at checkout! My husband had to repaint my toes (I’m 8.5mo pregnant). Will not go back.

Average services for a pedicure. The atmosphere was not relaxing though as the women staffers chatted loudly in Vietnamese the entire time I was in the chair. They were constantly trying to up sell people and add on more services. It got awkward. The extra $ 7 i paid to have their «deluxe» pedicure was money wasted. The massage was brief and so light i could barely feel it. You are much better off going to Center nails in DuPont by the Starbucks. The job is much better done there and they never pressure you to buy more than you came in for.

i got an amazing cut and color 9 weeks ago and just got a touch up today. Gee was the hairstylist and did an amazing job. FYI I am a hairstylist and did not tell her. I just had a baby and did not feel like doing it myself ;).

this is Krystlyn, tommy and i are starting our own salon newt to starbucks and i sushi. i have worked really hard for 12 years on my reputation for excellence and the new owner of dupont hair has been trying to steal my clients and use my name for her own benefit to put people in her salon and give sub par hair cuts and chemical services. if u want the the real deal and to never be disapointed by great clips class d hair come see me at our new place my reputation will live on… lol call for an appt 253−359−4366 hope to see u soon

I almost went to Seattle for a pixie cut, but am so glad I stayed in DuPont! Krystalynne gave me one of the best razor cuts I’ve ever had– it exactly matched the photo I’d brought. She’s a natural.

I came in to get my nails done and wanted to read a People magazine, so I walked over to the hair salon side and was told my the blonde girl not to steal it and return it when leaving. Are you kidding me? I quickly told her that I dont need to steal her magazine. I then complained to one of the girls on the nail side of the store and she goes on to say that she comes from a «Black ladies Salon» and that’s the way they act and treat their customers. WHAT? Not only are they rude but they’re raciest. I will never go back there again.
