After a successful corporate career, I pursued counseling to fulfill my desire to help others. I employ various therapeutic methods, determining the best fit for you. Various approaches include cognitive-​behavioral, interpersonal and existential therapy, focusing on meeting clients where they are currently. Together, we can explore alternatives for self-​nurturing and healing.

I would love to help you explore options to cope more effectively with life’s obstacles, such as accepting LGBTQ identity or sexuality, managing anxiety, depression, or navigating relationship issues. My goal is to help you discover realistic options for growth as you create an ideal pathway for the future. I can help you tap into intrinsic strengths and motivation, exploring possibilities for positive change. At the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders (ACE) since 2013, I have treated individuals, groups, and semi-​private clients under supervision.
