Newk’s Eatery – Dunwoody

This place is so delicious! Everything on the menu is tasty and fresh! The staff is very friendly.

Tried a new place that just opened up in Dunwoody and very pleased. Ordered the spicy shrimp pizza and it was very good. The service and staff were very friendly. It does get busy during lunchtime – would recommend ordering online before you go there. Will definitely be back!

It says on here that they deliver. I got in touch with owner and he fixed jt! This is a great restaurant for lunch and dinner. They have great service and great experiences!

So glad to see Newk’s at Perimeter. Bit of an odd location, but clearly the word is out as it was packed when I was there. I used to frequent Brookhaven when I worked near Lenox and have missed their steak salads and lovely soups. Such a great fast casual concept.

After a long night of shopping and not wanting mall food I decided to give Newk’s a try, shortly before they closed on a Saturday night. This spot kind of reminds me of Panera Bread but the food here is 100 times better with more to choose from. The staff is super friendly. There is a large menu to your right upon walking in that makes it easy to not hold up people while you figure out what you want to order. The menu has tons of options from sandwiches, salads, pizza, deserts and a decent amount of sides.

Every customer who walked out while I was waiting for my food had pizza, so I can only assume it’s good.
I ordered to GO the vegetarian club with a side of the five cheese mac and cheese, and my niece ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side Ceasar salad. Neither myself or my niece eats pork yet to our surprise when we arrived home my vegetarian club ended up being a actual club sandwich which included what seemed to be Turkey or chicken, ham and bacon. The grilled chicken sandwich was also topped with bacon… I totally blame myself for not reading the description of the grilled chicken sandwich but for some reason I felt that bacon should have been part of the title if it was included on a grilled chicken sandwich. Due to being ridiculously hungry and too late to go back to the restaurant we tore the Pork off the sandwiches and still ate them. I must admit the sandwiches were extremely tasty. My 5 cheese mac and cheese on the other hand was not very good it tasted like Stouffers mac and cheese and velvetta had a fight and ended up in the same bowl then they threw a sprinkle of real cheese on top for appearance. The salad was fresh and a decent size.
I am going to give Newk’s another try and hopefully I will at least get what I ordered next time.

I will not be going back to this place! I ordered the crab and corn chowder and a turkey sandwich. First off, I did not find one hint of crab in the chowder. It was bland and tasteless. Secondly, my sandwich was dripping with mayo to the point that I had to end up throwing the entire disgusting mayo sandwich away. And I do mean mayo sandwich because the thing had very little meat on it. A complete waste of my money. Save yourself from being pissed off and don’t go to this place.

Yum yum yum! The half and half is awesome. Half sandwich and half salad is made to order. They make the bread fresh and you can taste every bit in each bite! I wish there were more of these in the Atlanta area! Great lunch place. Beware of does get pretty busy during lunch. However, they have a pick up area that makes it ever convienent to order and pick up.

I’m glad this opened up here in Atlanta as they were littered all over Memphis. Think Panera but a bit different, and with more dinner like options. My delight here are the unlimited packets of crispy breadstick sticks and the pepper and olive bar. From large salads, to personal pizzas, to sandwiches. You shouldn’t have a hard time finding something to eat here for cheap!

Always excellent service as well as superb food. Fresh and yummy! There are so many great choices, you can’t go wrong. Join the Round Table for free goodies.

Let me first start off by saying I dig the Newk’s concept. I’ve eaten a other locations before. Food is great, not too expensive. I dig the condiment bar with the bread and butter pickles and the roasted garlic… yum!
Today, I ordered a Ultimate Salad online so I could simply grab and go during my lunch break. This was my first time ordering online so I was a little apprehensive, but I gave it a shot. The pick-​up process was quick and painless. I was inside the restaurant no more than a couple of minutes.
The disappointment came when I sat at my desk and unraveled my lunch. The salad was missing several key ingredients that made it the «Ultimate Salad» — No bacon and no croutons. Come on… You don’t skimp out a man’s bacon!
I’ll give them some slack though. This location isn’t even a month old. They probably have some kinks to iron out as a new business. I’m pretty sure my rating will change over time. However, for now I think it’s best management is aware of these issues and perhaps employ procedures to prevent stuff like this from happening. (Assuming they read reviews)

I had the Club sandwich with a side of macaroni and cheese. Both were excellent! I will be returning!

Went to Newks today and absolutely loved it! The food was amazing! I had the lobster crab bisque and grilled chicken sandwich. My friend had pepperoni pizza. Both were really good I will definitely be visiting this place again.

Newk’s just opened but the staff seems to be well trained because everything was great. This is a typical deli-​style sandwich shop in which you order at the counter but the quality of the food is well above average. I had the broccoli cheddar soup (soups change daily) and half of a turkey sandwich. The soup was amazing. The sandwich was a little bland but all ingredients were very fresh. Desserts and salad dressings are made in house each day. Staff is great. I will definitely be back to try some other items.

A bit hectic but keep in mind we went during the training week. Training week was the week before they opened and it’s like a soft opening. Official opening is Monday, Nov 16^th.
Food & such: We [my coworker explored with me] were greeted at the door with menus and and survey sheet. After being directed to the cashier, we ordered the Newk’s Q pizza [later replaced with The Debra], Great BLT sandwich, chicken chili soup and black and blue salad. My coworker enjoyed the fact that the salad came in a chilled bowl and it was just alright. Her chili wasn’t as thick as she hoped and the chicken wasn’t ground chicken. My sandwich was really good and the bread was lightly buttered. That Newk’s Q pizza NO THANKS! I just didn’t like that white BBQ sauce. Now my Debra pizza was like pasta in pie form because of the basil pesto and I will be back for more of that! Servers were politely and checked on us at every give moment. Our table never overflowed with empty plates which was a plus for me as well.
Try it out!

Newk’s Dunwoody is a great place for a salad, pizza, sandwich, soup, Mac-​n-​cheese, desserts. I had a Cobb salad & slice of caramel cake. Great atmosphere, extremely friendly service. Great place to chill with friends or a quick lunch and back to the grind. I will be a frequent user.
