What a beautiful facility. I went to London Med Spa for a massage a few months ago. Everyone was so friendly. They make an effort to make you feel special. I’m not really the «pamper yourself» type. I tend to like things that are natural and simple. But London Med Spa has such a range of services, I see something I would like to do almost every time I look at their list of services. They have aroma therapy, facials, and massages, and they also offer laser hair removal which just seems like such a time-​saving idea for a career woman. I might become the «pampering» type after all!

Best massage ever! The experience was awesome, from the receptionist to the massage therapist they were very courteous and accommodating. I was in the area and I found the spa online I called at 1pm and they were able to schedule me at 1:30 so I was extremely thrilled that they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. The facility itself was clean, modern and extremely relaxing. Now for the massage, Larae was great. I tried The London massage and it was perfect for relaxation and for my sore back. She has magic hands. I promise! Not only that she was really nice and informative. I’ve gotten many massages from many different places and this was by far the best experience. I’ve already referred my colleagues and family… you will not be disappointed.

Service at the front desk is always outstanding and I’ve had a very good massage the few times I’ve been. The waiting area is more clinical than spa –like as there are only a couple lounge chairs and no magazines so it’s not overly relaxing. Overall a good experience though.

This place is amazing! I came here for a massage, body scrub and facial and I had the best experience! I will most definitely be coming back. The staff is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable. I like that it is a smaller spa and that I had one person do all of my treatments as I had gotten comfortable with her. I had picked this place from word of mouth of a friend that had come her for a facial and told me I would not be disappointed and there were so many good reviews on here. I highly recommend this place to others as you will not be disappointed.

This is the friendliest and best spa in Perimeter Atlanta. I have been many times to this location and the professional service and quality treatments are consistent and affordable. This boutique spa is accessible not only to my schedule, but more importantly to my budget. Looking and feeling like a million dollars shouldn’t be out of reach or cost you a million dollars. London Med Spa provides the 5 Star services and products I expect from any Luxurious Spa, however, London Med Spa just provides it better than anywhere else I have ever been. This place is wonderful and so beautiful. The waiting area is bright and elegant and the relaxation area really is very pretty and peaceful, you could almost fall asleep back there. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I have been in for the body contouring with the strawberry laser which has really helped as I work on getting back in shape. I have also been in for a massage and for the first time since I injured my shoulder 10+ years ago I actually found someone that really knew how to relieve the knots and tension that builds up in the surrounding area instead of simply avoiding it like most therapists do. The muscles around my shoulder haven’t felt so good in years. I can’t wait to go back and get another massage. I would also recommend some of their skin products. I picked up a bottle of the after hours (name?) lotion on one of my earlier visits and if feels great on my skin, without the greasiness that some lotions leave behind.

I wouldn’t have found out about London Med Spa if it wasn’t for Unilocal.I learned about this new med spa’s existence by attending a Unilocal OTP Elite Event here in August (
). At that event, I got to meet Spa Director Tim Begley, who took me and others on a tour of his and Dr. Erin London’s facility.
I believe London Med Spa opened in February 2015. It’s inside Dunwoody’s sprawling Perimeter Place shopping center, located on the second level above The Eye Gallery.
Being a med spa, this place offers both medical treatments and spa services. One half of the space looks like a doctor’s office and the other half looks like a spa. They offer skin treatments like chemical peels and microdermabrasion and injectables like Botox and facial fillers. They also provide laser hair reduction, laser resurfacing, laser body contouring, waxing, hormone replacement therapy, facials, massages, and other services.
Overall, the facility is very nice, which is what you’d expect of a med spa. It’s clean and luxurious, but not overly done. The inside is comfortable and inviting.
My girlfriend and I returned to London Med Spa to get massages. There are over a half-​dozen different types of massages available, each with complimentary aromatherapy. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone. We both decided to go with the London signature massage which is a custom massage that combines elements of both the Swedish and deep tissue massage. We each booked for 60-​minute sessions. The London massage costs $ 50 for 30 minutes, $ 85 for 60 minutes, and $ 110 for 90 minutes.
I booked our appointments online through London Med Spa’s web site at
. Less than 24 hours later, I received a phone call confirming details of the appointment.
We arrived at our scheduled appointment on time and were greeted at the front desk by Rose, whom we met at the Unilocal event. Rose was prepared with two Microsoft Surface tablets pre-​loaded with forms and paperwork we needed to fill out. These forms are pretty standard of any medical office. The forms asked about our personal medical history, allergies, medication, etc. We were automatically enrolled in London Med Spa’s client portal as well.
After completing and digitally signing our paperwork, Rose led us back to the waiting room and bathrooms. The men’s bathroom has a set of lockers, one toilet, a couple sinks, and one shower. It was spotless. Robes, slippers, and towels are provided, of course.
My massage therapist was Najat and my girlfriend’s was LaRae. They had positive and kind demeanors. I remember LaRae from the Unilocal event. She provided complimentary mini facials.
Najat gave me a wonderful one-​hour massage. It was very easy to fall asleep during the massage because the table/​bed was extremely comfy (the sheets were ultra soft and silky smooth), the ambient music was relaxing, the lights were dimmed, and the massage itself felt great. The aromatherapy smelled fantastic too. I believe I was smelling a combination of lavender and eucalyptus. I really zoned out.
I liked how Najat was communicative compared to other massage therapists I had. Before she began, she asked me about any problem areas, sensitive areas, or areas she shouldn’t work on. I told her about my lower back problems and she was accommodating. She welcomed questions and comments during the massage, of which I had some, including a couple areas on my legs where I asked her to ease up on the pressure. She was very strong and kneaded me well! A few times it was painful, but it was a good pain. My head/​scalp were massaged as well, which I enjoyed.
The 60 minutes was over before I knew it. In fact, when the massage was finished, I thought she had accidentally given me a 30-​minute massage, but I looked at the clock and 60 minutes had indeed passed. Time flies when you’re having fun. My girlfriend told me she actually fell asleep during her massage with LaRae.
I showered after my massage. I don’t like leaving a massage feeling oily. The men’s bathroom has a basic hand shower with pumps for liquid body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. No toiletries/​amenities at the sinks (e.g. mouthwash, Q-​tips, hair dryer).
Service was terrific. My receipt was emailed. All staff I’ve encountered at London Med Spa have been friendly and professional. They are top-​notch when it comes to customer care. Even though Tim wasn’t at the office during my return visit, he still sent me and my girlfriend an email later that evening to personally thank us for coming in.

The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. After working with them on various treatments, I have never felt better. Highly recommend coming in to meet them and try their services.

Highly recommended!!! The atmosphere is relaxing and very modern. Tim and the staff were very friendly, professional and thorough. I learned more today about hormone replacement therapy than I ever had from my urologist. They took time to answer all my questions, and never made me feel rushed like most doctor’s will do.

This place is really wonderful. The ambience was peaceful and quiet. This was my first time getting a massage so I was a bit skeptic. But starting from the receptionist to my aesthetist, all them made me feel really comfortable and were awesome. They helped me choose the best massage and I felt completely relaxed. Price is moderate too. I love this place and will be back for sure!

Both my visits to London Med Spa were fabulous. Brandon’s massage was wonderful – he is strong but gentle, and when I left I felt totally relaxed. I was so impressed with London I went back for my first Botox treatments with Dr. London. Truthfully, since this was my first time, I was terrified, but Dr. London and her assistants explained everything to me, listened carefully to my requests (I didn’t want a face transplant, just a little freshening) and I was thrilled with the final results. Highly, highly recommended. Location is perfect – close to Perimeter Mall, with tons of free parking. Best of all, I’ve had lots of compliments from people who can’t figure out why I look so «well rested.» Shh — Dr. London knows the secret!

I have just three words: Fab. U. Lous. The massage and facials I received were just heavenly. The staff is extremely skilled and attentive. I’ve been to countless spas for massage therapy over the years and without a doubt this is the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. The facility is very nice and relaxing. I LOVE its convenient location. Easy to get to, easy to park, etc. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Can’t even put into words how amazing my massage with Brandon was. From the time I walked in the door until it was time to pay and leave I never felt rushed. Even better is that my one hour massage timer did not start until Brandon started the actual massage. I most definitely will be making my way back on a regular basis.

Dr. London is amazing, and her staff is wonderful. They’ve been beyond accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. I haven’t been to a more pleasant med spa than this one.

Had a foot reflexology massage — fantastic! Hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, sugar scrub — it came with all that! My masseuse was very friendly and used the perfect amount of pressure. Looking forward to coming back!

I came in last week for a sports massage. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door. The two receptionists, Rose and Kristy were extremely nice and welcoming. They brightened up the office!
Soon after checking in, Brandon, my masseur came out and introduced himself. He was very nice and an absolute professional! He led me back to the massage room and asked me if there were any areas that he should focus on more than others. I told him my lower back and hamstrings had been feeling tight and a little sore. He knew exactly the areas I was talking about and did a phenomenal job, not only on those specific points but the rest of the body as well. By far the best massage I ever had. Brandon was great! I recommend Brandon to anyone looking to get a massage at London Med Spa!
After my massage, I met Tim, the spa director. Tim asked me how my experience at London Med Spa was and I didn’t hesitate to tell him what a great experience I had. Tim then gave me a tour of the facility and told me all of the great services that the spa provides and some of the wonderful services that they’re going to be adding in the near future. It made me feel very humbled that the spa director took time out of his work schedule to come and see how my experience had been. What a class act!
Overall, London Med Spa was amazing! The office décor, relaxing music and amenities made me feel like I was at a five star resort in Hawaii! More importantly than that was that the staff was amazing. Everyone was very warm, accommodating and professional. Rose, Kristy, Brandon and Tim, thank you so much for everything! I will not hesitate to come back to London Med Spa!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience top to bottom. The people at the front desk were bright, cheery, helpful, and instantly made me feel comfortable.
I’ll start off by saying I was 15 minutes late… which was no problem. (Very unlike me btw) They were completely understanding an accommodating.
After I filled out some standard paperwork, they led me in to a quiet, comfy relaxation room to wait until the exam room was ready. Soft music, comfy chaise lounges, tea/​coffee… I was totally able to get in ‘the zone’.
I was led back to the exam room where I met Dr. London. I was very impressed with her ability to explain the procedure, risks, expectations, and answer my 100 questions with grace. I was calm and ready for the procedure.
The dummy I am, I didn’t realize I was holding my breath during the injection and felt a little light headed afterwards. Dr. London and her staff went into «Full Comfort-​Mode» and brought me water, raised my feet, got me a cold towel… It was great. I could tell they really cared about me and made sure I felt 100% before I got up. Lesson learned on my part, but I feel comfortable that Dr. London and her folks are there for me if I need them.
Did I mention this was on a Saturday at 7:30pm? A+ for having awesome office hours.
In summary, I absolutely will be back!
