If I could rate this less than one star I would.
First they don’t tell the truth about how long it will take to fix your computer
Second there is zero «customer service»
Third they don’t know the proper way to remove screens
Fourth after a week of their excuses why the correct screen hadn’t yet arrived I asked for my deposit back — they handed me my computer back in PIECES!!! Yes, thats right — pieces! Then they didnt know which which vile of screws they had taken out of the computer actually belonged with my computer… to top it off when I said my cpmuter didn’t look the same as when I brought in, they forgot to hand me back the (again –another piece) the battery!
Lastly, after I took my computer to reputable company they were able to detemine the screen was taken out wrong, metal wire frames were bent, and to top it off, they were able to get a brand new, HP screen, not a knock off, in one day!
I’d love to write in here who you should go to but then you, the reader, would think I was writing this to advertise for someone else. I’m not. I am a very unsatisified ex– customer and think you need to be aware of this. Don’t go here. Period.
