I have no word to say about customer service, they all look nice ppl.
The problem is charging $ 4.25 for the print out. This money is not related with UPS company, this goes to owner of this store. So my words to owner of this place. $ 4.25 is not a big money for anyone, but the spend that money on 2 pages UPS label is ridiculous. You are making UPS company have really bad reputation.
I hope those all $ 4.25 will go to your stupid store expenses.
I will contact with UPS company now to solve this problem. I wont give $ 4.25 to this stupid store.

I love the customer service at this store. They give you options and not just their options but the one that fits your needs. I tried the one in Prince Frederick the chick was rude and impatient. I even went to the one in Waldorf they were helpful and good service also but its Dunkirk for me!!! Great job .I will travel extra just for the customer service.
