I have an awesome experience every time I visit this store. Customer Service here is excellent, and although I prefer Jamaal to help me, his staff gets the jobs done as well. They go that extra mile that makes you always come back or at least go to any Sherwin Williams. Kudos!

We were standing at the counter for a while — paint samples in hand, while two workers casually chit chatted, then looked at us and walked away — without any acknowledgement whatsoever. Customer service fail.
That explains while the store was empty. Apparently local Home Depot is the place to go for your painting needs, which is where we will be taking our business.
