Terrible service! We have bought carpet and had it installed many times from Atlas, and been very satisfied. Last year, we had them install hardwood flooring we purchased elsewhere. (They did not carry the type we wanted.). The installation looked very well done, also. Shortly after this installation, we embarked on a kitchen remodel, plus, during the remodel, experienced storm water intrusion and serious damage to other parts of our house. Because of this, we covered the new flooring with Ramboard for protection for the next several months. After the remodel, and storm damage repairs, we removed the Ramboard. The flooring had been very well protected; however, we then noticed several cracks in the flooring. Our hardwood flooring supplier examined the cracks, and told us the nails had been driven in too hard during installation. We contacted Atlas for repairs; they refused, saying we were now just beyond our warranty period. If this is how they treat their return customers, we will no longer be a return customer!

I was extremely happy with the service and product delivered by Atlas. I installed new hardwood floors and they gave me good recommendations b/​c I have a big dog. They have a large selection to choose from and the prices are real competitive. I would definitely recommend Atlas to anyone looking to purchase carpet or flooring.

One word… excellent. Joe and Abram run a terrific operation. We have used them for several projects and the results are always exceptional. Their selection of flooring and tile is excellent and if they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they’ll go out of their way to find exactly what you want. Our projects required wood flooring, floor tiling, and wall tiling around a hot tub. The products they offered were exactly what we needed and the teams of workers they assigned our projects were true experts. The installations were always right on time and the craftsmen left everything in better shape then when they came. Atlas Carpets is a top of the line organization.
