Dunkin’ Donuts

The Macchiato is good and their donuts are good but their customer service and methods are less than satisfactory. I give them two stars because they have a great product but stink at everything else. I have felt rushed both times I have been here. After the first time I decided to return to see if the next experience would be better… it wasn’t. When you purchase donuts you must pay first and then pick them out. You cannot pick then pay. What if you want to mix premium donuts in with regular donuts? You cannot! If I want 6 donuts I should not have to purchase 7 because one donut is higher priced. But, Beverly the customer service crew member said that is the way Dunkin makes them do it. I am not satisfied with this location and will not be back.

I’ve had the bfast croissant many times here… but later in the morning. If you go early (before 9:00 am) expect to get a luke warm sandwich that has probably been sitting, pre-​made on the shelf. It was fast but the food had obviously been made some time ago and sat under «warming lights» for some time. It wasn’t very good.

I get my usual caramel iced coffee with a turbo shot. The best service seems to be on Tuesday– Friday mornings. Quick depending on how indecisive the customers in front of you are. The small Mexican lady that works the drive-​thru is such a sweetheart and so polite. I always try and donate $ 1 when asked and they even give you a $ 1 off coupon on a dozen donuts in return. I come to this location almost 3 days a week. Its close to home. The only reason for my 4 rating is the location and no room for parking/​drive-​thru space. Gets a bit crazy in the AM. Other than that I love my DD!!! I will continue to give my money to them instead of its ridiculously over-​priced competition, StarBucks!

goodness! This location was poorly thought out. During busy coffee time (rush hour) expect to have the line run into Main Street and block traffic. Oh, and it’s right next door to Anytime Fitness. Don’t event think about visiting the gym during peak coffee hours. You’ll never find a parking spot or be able to get into the parking lot.
Gotta love DD for their coffee, but this location is AWFUL!

Thi is the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. Unfortunately, it is closest to my home. This is good for my waist line, however. Every experience has not been good. Once, the man working the register forgot to use my coupon and told me to come again and use it then. I only get donuts maybe twice a year. Plus, he is the one that forgot to use it. The second time I went through the drive thru. I requested a chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing. There was a language translation issue and I received a plain cake donut with chocolate icing. She told me next time to order a double chocolate. Evidently the wording has to be by their standards. There is no menu in the drive thru for the exact donut options. Better customer service would have been to acknowledge that it wasn’t the correct donuts and to go get the correct one for the paying customer! I will never go here again. Whoever runs this location, seems to do whatever they want since there a no other options in the area.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. You seriously only get six little hashbrowns in your bag that is crazy to me considering I can get a whole bag of potatoes for a dollar. Then the coffee was barely coffee it was mostly just creamer which was disgusting. My advice is to skip this Dunkin’ Donuts because they have no idea what they’re doing.

I have to put in this review because this Dunkin should not have such low scores. I just moved here from TX where Dunkin Donuts were hard to find so now I go here several times a week! They always have what I want and it is correct– so you don’t have to check the bag. They are also super super fast. This place runs like a well oiled machine. The manager who owns this definitely knows what they are doing!

If I could rate it 0 I would. Inconsistent service. Bad coffee that tastes like the grounds were used twice. Their debt machine was down without a sign and they didn’t make any effort to make amends. When I e-​mailed to complain the manager called me with nothing but excuses and accusations about how much trouble I got him in. It will take me more time, but I an switching to McDONALD’S in the AM.

Visited here for breakfast and was really disappointed. I ordered the chicken biscuit combo large sized. The biscuit was like a microwaved Jimmy Dean from the supermarket and the hash rounds did not even half way fill the paper pouch they were served in. I asked if that was suppose to be a large and was told «oh I’m sorry there are supposed to be six in there» when I had five. Are you kidding? I don’t think McDonald’s has a great breakfast but they blow Dunkin Donuts out of the water. The coffee was good so I drank it with the biscuit I got down the road. Lesson learned.
