Very unprofessional plumber– he could not explain why it was taking him so long, and then at 4:50 PM on Friday said he could come back on Monday without fixing problem. He also said he «forgot to restock his truck» with part we needed (that they installed initially), and suggested we go to a box store and get it ourselves. Paid the bill reluctantly, then called to speak to the owner. Very unprofessional management as well. The owner is apparently absentee, and the manager has put me off for weeks, as I keep calling looking for some restitution.
