As a first time customer, I stopped in the store in an effort to find a new product called Veev, which I received a Klout perk coupon for. They had the product but refused to honor the manufacturer coupon. Little did they know I planned on spending hundreds of dollars with them as tonight is New Year’s eve! Small business or not, this is not a good way to show off your customer service skills to a new customer. I am a local resident in the area and will not be coming back.
