Bright Beginnings Early Learning Centers

The response by the owner is completely false. I do believe they think I’m someone else. I am kicking myself for not reporting this place sooner. It is clear that I am one of many that had really bad experiences here. Very disappointed that I waited as long as I did to remove my child.

This was our 1^st review which we remved on Owner’s request.
«If I could I would give Zero. I have been sending my girl here and its so many times she comes back bruised or someone hit her head. teachers are not aware, some child spit in her mouth. looks like Yukks. But unfortunate !! I have expected them to be great ones reading nice reviews somewhere. Infrastructurally they are great but if your child is not safe at a school its really scary for me as a parent. .u cannot put them prone to accidents. although they happen but you have to be very much attentive to avoid them specially for your child. Today she hurted herself that her tongue bleeded from tongue and her lips. in past experiences she was bruised on face and once she had all red back and belly was red and bruised. teachers did not know about it. and when we complained they say she was sleeping (nap) and must have been because of that .but its stupid coz she sleeps everyday and never wakes up with similar bruises or redness. I am not sure if other children have had such experince ever but its scary for me to not be attentive to a child. and then ur child is in emergency. its threatening to me. and I shall defenitely talk to her teacher last time on Monday. I m trying to change her schools if I find vacancy in any other good school. Please be warned or talk to other parents. I have had a really bad one. coz my child is precious to me and if I am not with her as long as she is in school. I do expect her teachers to be as protective to her as her parents would be anywhere and anytime she is in school.»
