L & N Nails and Tanning

My favorite nail technician moved (way) out of my area, so I’ve been trying to find one in Dundalk that is as good as she was. Admittedly, I am picky because I had a great tech who was fast, good and painless. I’ve given L&N two tries, once for pink and white acrylics and once for a gel manicure.
All I can say is, you’d better have lots of time on your hands if you go here. The pink and white took two hours. No other service. I can’t remember what I paid (that will become relevant in a second). It was painful; they were very rough.
I went back recently to give them another shot. I really wanted this to work. They are right in the same shopping center as my gym. So again I ambled over for a gel manicure. Again it was painful; they were very rough. I think I may have had the same technician, although my visits were very far apart. This time it took a whole hour just for a gel manicure and nothing else. It did look good. But they charged me $ 45. I thought that must be a mistake, but wasn’t sure so I didn’t say anything.
Last week I paid a visit to my old technician. At her salon I got a pedicure, gel manicure, eyebrow and lip wax in about an hour. And I checked their price for a gel manicure — $ 17.
