This clinic is a disgrace to the medical profession. Instead of giving a refill on medication that clearly states you may have to use it a second time if the first dose was not effective. These people want you to come in for another visit so that they can get paid twice for the same problem from the insurance. Real hospitals do not make you come in for another visit for a refill on the same medication that has already been prescribed and may require a second application. The medication was a lotion to get rid of head lice. Shame on Express Care.

This is my third visit to place in a about a year for myself. I have never had any issues checking in. Everyone is friendly. And the nurses have been able to help me with my colds. Wither I need prescriptions or what over the counter medication I can take.

I’ve been here twice. The first time, my experience was great. I had a pain, it was diagnosed, and I was sent on my way pretty quickly. My second visit was a waste of time and money. I went in for a general physical. They literally did nothing. I paid $ 120.00 for them to take my weight and have me read an eye chart. I literally had to ask if this is what they considered a physical. The answer was«yes.» What happened to listening to my heart, my lungs, checking my lymph nodes, etc. These things are basic and I had to ask before they were done. Absolutely ridiculous.

Much better than sitting in the ER! If you need to be seen for something urgent, this is a good place to go. They get you in and seen relatively quickly. I have been here 4 times for either myself or my family and I think the longest I was here, from check in to check out, was 90 minutes. If you have an Emergency GOTOTHEHOSPITAL! But if you need something urgent, go here!
