Been shopping at this Kroger since we moved to Duncanville in ’86. ITISAWFULNOW! Always stinks, everything is super-high in cost, there is no variety of brands now. Their sales for Thanksgiving were awful and they hardly had any pies or cakes. Just sucks now. There may be 30 different kinds of ONEBRAND of something on the shelves on any given aisle and the old faithfuls that they used to carry are being replaced by new stuff no one is buying because they always have that mess 10 for $ 10 to get rid of it. They’ve lost my business to Tom Thumb and WinCo.

Hmm… swear I’ve done a review here before, but who knows. It’s deffinetly not the cleanest Krogers I’ve ever been to, but it’s better then some I’ve seen. Most of the workers are friendly but you do have to stand your ground if you ever have a problem with coupons or asking for rain checks. It is possible to get rain checks just don’t let them BS you. Only complaint I have about this location is they sell out of Good sale items very quickly and never have any«drive» to get the items restocked.(By drive I mean either checking in back for you to see if they have more of the item or even caring enough to have an idea of when they might) So that plays into the whole rain check thing. I am constantly having to get rainchecks here and they never seem«happy» to be handing them out. I still shop here, but it’s not my 1st choice of places to go in the area.

I just wanted to say, since wal mart has opened off Clark and Wheatland, I hardly come here. Since I was in a rush and didn’t feel like going to a big store, I came here. From the minute I walked in I was greeted non stop, every employee that I pasted by mention if I needed anything or if they could help me, never in my life have I gone to a grocery store were they were that friendly. I’m guessing since wal mart took their customers they needed to step up customer service and yes they did! Caught a lot of great sales as well. I must say I will be coming back even if it’s further than Wal Mart! Employees at wal mart just seem like they don’t want to be at work.

The store is clean and has a layout that’s easy to navigate. The food prices are higher compared to other places. I started coming here for the gas points. I buy a gift card to a place I wanna go to and get gas points. It reduces my gas costs. It’s that simple. When I buy the cards with my rewards visa then I earn points on top of the gas points. It works out well. Also they participate in Shop kicks. So if you’re looking for more points come here and get your scans. Anyway this store isn’t much different from many grocery stores when it comes to customer service. I think overall customer service is going down the drain.

I am always in a rush and I just run in and grab what I need and head out. I love how they have 6 self check outs and don’t have to wait for ever in line for just 1 or 2 things.

NOT coupon friendly… or friendly at all for that matter. It took a manager just to check us out with BASIC coupons. Needless to say, it got one star simply because I am a Kroger fan and still saved $ 110 while spending $ 100.

This place is pretty shady… I no longer live in DFW, but when I visit I will only go to this Kroger for something quick like a bag of chips or drinks(because of its convenient location) and even still, I would not recommending shopping here if you’re getting more than that. I don’t have much concrete to say other than the service is bad, the selection is bad, and the fresh foods are not as fresh as they should be.
