I have very negative feeling about this place. We used them for my wife’s mom’s arrangements. She was cremated and my wife handled all of the paperwork. When we went to make the last payment, they had already given the ashes away to someone else just because they asked for them. All they could say was sorry about that, but they asked first. What?! If you use these people, good luck getting your family member back. Now we have to deal the death and the subsequent loss of the remains.
