I love this place. I previously lived in this community and I returned due to their consistency to resolve my issues. The only gripe that I have is the small amount of kitchen space and the lacking of a linen closet in my particular unit. The walls are thin(in regards to the unit above me). However, it’s an apartment and I cannot expect perfection. In regards to the parking issue that people complain about… there’s still plenty of parking in the community itself(just walk a few paces and stop being lazy). The price is very reasonable in my opinion. There are places close by that rent apartments for the same price and do not include the amenities of this community(cable and internet!).

You do not want to live here! If I could give a –5 star, I would! Any 5 star reviews of this place are either from management or someone who hasn’t actually lived here. Don’t be fooled by the seemingly polite and courteous ladies in the leasing office, once you move in it is a completely different story. My mother and I lived in this community for aprox. 4 years, and the quality of the community has drastically changed within that time to unsafe & unlivable circumstances. 1. There is a constant police presence due to vandalized cars, the gym being broken into & vandalized, etc. Such incidents became so frequent we didn’t even feel safe going out after dark. We were told for over a year they would be hiring 24 – 7 security which never happened. 2. Numerous times we witnessed a peeping tom creeping outside of our windows.(We lived on the ground level) Due to this huge stadium type lights had to be installed on the buildings. 3. The A/C in the gym was broken the entire summer of 2013 and the leasing office and maintenance team made NO effort to fix it even though myself and other residents complained. The A/C was not fixed until the middle of summer time in 2014. 4. During our time living here we experienced multiple health code violations which ultimately lead to our decision to move. Including mold, both inside and out of the apartment. This issue wasn’t fixed even up to the time we moved. Multiple times we asked for contact information for the property manager that oversees the community, we were denied, and told that any complaints or concerned would be relayed through the leasing office. 5. The children run freely throughout the neighborhood unruly and unsupervised. After experiencing so many issues, no help from the office, and many more problems not noted we decided it was finally time to move and properly alerted the office. Now, nearly 4 months after moving we receive an itemized list of issues/damages done to the apartment that are COMPLETELY fabricated. My mother and I both are completely floored that after being loyal residents for such a long time throughout so many complications these people have the audacity to lie in an effort to get even more money. This is a terrible business manner and out right disgusting. Note: They will tell you certain dog breeds and pets over a certain weight aren’t allowed, but residents have them anyway, and they’re vicious!!!

The apartments are decent inside. Make sure you have the number to maintenance appliances break from time to time. Parking can get frustrating when people have friends over. The walls are pretty thin. You can hear your neighbors around you and above you if you’re not on the top floor. Be careful if you have kids. I had a neighbor who called the police because he said my son walked too hard and ran too much in the apartment. After this placeI can’t wait to purchase a detached single family home.
