We agree with Easther and Eric. This company is horrible and should be out of business. Our deck/patio project was a small 8×5 Deck and stamped patio, which was contracted to start on February 18, 2013, and was supposed to be finished by March 6, 2013, it’s June 2013 and we are still waiting for our deck to be repaired to pass inspection. It’s been rejected TWICE. We have already filed a complaint with the BBB and the DPOR, Easther and Eric should file a complaint if they haven’t already done so. If more complaints are filed with the state it will show additional evidence of this business’s unprofessionalism and dishonesty, etc. Here is a small list(WAYTOOMANYTOLIST) of some of the issues we’ve had: We were told several times by phone and/or text messages that someone was going to show to finish the project and no one ever showed. We had to remove debris from our yard and take it to the dump, to keep the grass from dying. They didn’t use new wood to fix repairs from the first rejected inspection, which left random nail holes all over the deck. Different people built the deck, so the design varies according to who showed up to work that day. Left cigarette butts and trash(empty cans and bottles) in our backyard. Still waiting to see if this business will honor their contractual obligations. WILLKEEPYOUPOSTED.

I’m 37 days into the contract to build my deck. My deck was designed to be 20’x16’ with a staircase and three privacy walls along a step-up hexagon. I was told this would take«About a week.» Construction didn’t begin until 11 days after contract signing. I was told then, «About another week.» The first wood was put on the frame 15 days after signing. I was told then it would be «4−7 days more.» That was said to me 21 days ago. Since then, one assurance after another has been completely broken. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Our dozens of calls are ignored for days on end. When nobody shows up, we receive a text days after the fact with an excuse. Among the excuses we’ve received: Transmission Problems, Heat Exhaustion, Subcontractor problems, Chance of rain, failed inspections, granddaughter’s birth, and«24 hour work shifts» at other jobs. Our yard is trashed. There are dozens of cigarette butts all over the yard and in the holes they dug for posts. Gatorade bottles everywhere. They don’t clean up after themselves. Piles of dirt, have been left on the grass for weeks. So much grass has been killed as the result of trampling for weeks, that nearly our whole backyard will need reseeding. They leave all of their equipment for days on our deck as if they own the place. Just total disregard for our property. We’ve made every payment on time and in full. We don’t deserve the poor service we’ve gotten. When we bring up the idea of some consolation from them, they retort with«we gave you such a good price in the first place.» And feel as though the good price is justification for poor service. We completely regret signing on with this company, and we only want for others not to have to experience what we have had to deal with.
