Guess you must be smart enough to realize that customers do not have the signed copy. So what is the point if I show you a customer copy?
To clarify once again, you do NOT have the right to overcharge tips or modify a signed receipt. It is definitely a FRAUD.
Since I won’t waste time on this restaurant any more, this is my last comment on your restaurant and you are welcome to explain whatever you like. Let the cc company do their job and everything will be set.
To future customers,
3 tips to dine in this restaurant–
a. Most important – take a photo of your signed copy, in case they overcharge your credit, which happened to me each time.
b. Tip in cash if necessary.
c. If fraud happens, call your cc company to dispute and you get resolved (no receipt needed). CC company will set up an investigation to deal with the issue. (No need to contact the restaurant since they would never confess the thefts anyway.)
PS: Probably everyone can see the owner’s attitude towards his customers from his reply, quite mean indeed. Being overcharged is not that a big deal but the owner’s shifty management really pissed me off. Anyway, make your own choice. Good luck!

I like this restaurant not only the food is good, but also the price is plausible. My favorite is fish pot, and their other some dishes are good too, like the garlic eggplant. I will go visit again when I have time.

Authentic and American Chinese excellent. We had 6 dishes for take out, 3 kinds of soup, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. Not a five star because they did not give us the noodles for the soup or fortune cookies. They also do not have hot mustard. Service was great and we’ll be back.
We had eggplant with garlic, cashew chicken, shrimp with lobster sauce, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, and a shrimp, chicken and scallop dish. The food was ready at the specified time and piping hot.

Best Chinese in Gwinnett. Great service, great food, great selection, reasonable prices. If your a real food lover, try something off the authentic menu & get it extra spicy for a fantastic flavor sensation.

Came here for the first time with my sister. Friendly staff and good service. We ordered the cumin beef and the spicy fish pot. They brought out complimentary fried shrimp tails? for us to munch on while they prepped our order. The spicy fish pot was my favorite! The fish was soft which seemed to melt in your mouth. I also loved the slices of potato, chewy lotus root, and the garlic cloves in there. It definitely has some numbing spice but I was expecting more of a spicy punch. Nevertheless, still enjoyable. I liked that the cumin flavor of the cumin beef wasn’t overpowering; however, this dish was actually really salty. I think I killed at least half of the large bowl of rice and my glass of water while eating this. They were really good about refilling my water without me having to ask. Look forward to my next visit.

1. The food:
I haves tried three dishes here: the cabbage, mapo doufu and fish pot. The fish pot is really delicious. I don’t like eating fist but the fish they made taste really good. However, the other two dishes are just so-​so.
2. The price:
the fish pot is really expensive, about 15 $, if you want add anything like potato, you have to pay $ 1 more. I often went there for lunch and eat fish pot. If I add a bowl of rice, add some potato, that is another 2 $, add the tips, my lunch here would cost me about $ 20. That is too expensive.
3. The service:
Average. No music, so it’s kind of wired sitting there eating quietly.
All in all, a good restaurant with good food.

They must have just changed ownership again. The food now is bland. (and no fortune cookie? wth?) A real shame as I used to love the food and the portions.

Very good Szechuan place in a Duluth strip mall. We had steamed dumplings, Kung Pao chicken, lamb with cilantro and spicy fish pot (this was amazing). All were quite good. Recommended for anyone seeking authentic Chinese cuisine.

This is an authentic place where the people really know their stuff! Food was great, really enjoyed their 麻辣香锅。

Authentic Szechwan Cuisine!
I am a regular. Every time me and friends go there, we don’t even have to look at the menu and we order super fast, like 10 seconds. I STRONGLY recommend their fish pot（鱼香锅） and spicy beef tendons (麻辣蹄筋）. They are so good. The fish is fried but still tender. Not that spicy but the flavor is rich. The beef tendon is well cooked and very spicy. I mean, I have to admit that some restaurants in China can do it as well as Taipei. Other dishes like cumin lamb（孜然羊肉） and fish with vinegar sauce （醋溜鱼片） are also amazing. Stop ordering Kung Pao Chicken and Mapo Tofu every time you go to a Chinese Restaurant. Try something new and it probably amazes you.
It’s a small restaurant, so you might want to call in for reservation in rush hours. The servers are nice and their English is good too. I talked to the owner, a very kind Beijing lady, a few times, and I know how hard is it to start and maintain a business in the US. The restaurant is definitely doing a great job. Reasonable price with good food and good service. What more do you want!
I live in Athens. I literally STARVE myself before I go to Taipei. HEHEHEHE, kinda embarrassed for three girls to order five dishes. However, they are that good.

We ordered Spicy Fish Hot Pot, Cumin Beef, Mongolian Beef, Tendons & Onions. We couldn’t have asked for better dishes. All were great! My friend thought the dishes were too salty, only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. So you might want to ask them to try to go lighter on the salt

This is a very small restaurant that offers a separate menu for Americans and Chinese customers. The Chinese menu has the good stuff and it is also in English. We ordered the kung pao and spicy fish hot pot. I loved the hot pot, but the kung pao was unimpressive and not spicy at all. I would like to try a few more dishes, such as the lotus root. Overall, I personally seem to have more luck when I get all my Chinese food cravings filled at Great Wall’s Food Court.

I initially wanted to try the new restaurant next door called Masterpiece. However, they were closed on Tuesday so we decided to try Taipei. Turns out Taipei specializes in Szechuan style Chinese food as well as Hot pots. It is odd that there would have two of the same cuisine restaurants in one shopping center. Anyhow, I’m glad my friends and I came try Taipei.
Taipei is a small restaurant with just few tables, one six person table, and one ten person table. There were six of us and we ordered the spicy fish, cumin beef, three cup chicken, stir fried string beans, and egg with tomato soup.
Spicy fish is a dry dish with fried fish fillets tossed in red dried peppers, peanuts, lotus, bean curd skins, and etc. it was flavorful and tasty. It was so good that we were digging through the pot for more. Not sure what it was but a spice numbed my tongue a bit.
Cumin beef is sliced beef stir fried with spicy cumin. Cumin was but overpowering the dish but I liked it. Beef was bit chewy but flavor was still there.
Stir fried green beans is same as other restaurant. Very self explanatory.
Three cup chicken had really good sauce. It was sweet and bit salty as soy sauce salty. Chicken could be marinated longer because it self needed more flavored. However, pretty decent.
Tomato and egg soup is a big bowl soup with only tomatoes and eggs. $ 4.95 can’t complain.
Overall, I enjoyed the food and glad we need up at Taipei. There was only a waiter and a boss lady. Waiter was attentive and service was good. I will definitely be back.

A Choy sautéed lettuce greens with garlic were strangely delicious. Well cooked. Spicy fish pot was very good. Service; efficient and fairly friendly. Make sure to ask for the Chinese menu.

This restaurant has been around at the same location for about 7 years now, at least with the same English name. But since middle of 2014, they no longer serve Taiwanese food as their name and some of those reviews from 2008 suggest. They did change their Chinese name (rough phonetic transcription in English is ‘Chia Wei’), only they didn’t bother with English name which may confuse heck out of some people.
The restaurant is located in the same small strip mall on Buford highway that has other Sichuan style restaurant, MasterPiece (
), that I have reviewed previously. Tucked slight away from pleasant hill rd, it hardly gets noticed but I noticed this during my recent visits to Masterpiece restaurant.
So what kind of food they serve then? Current Chef, Zhao Qi was a former chef of Beijing hot pot restaurant Dong Lai Shun. And he has brought his expertise with Hot pots and spicy pots here as well, so you will see many options of this in the menu. Other than that, they serve winter claypot series, family set meals, Sichuan & Northern cuisine items as well.
On one Thursday evening, we decided to battle the cold weather with some spicy food and went here. Not much to say about outside, it’s a quaint little restaurant inside. In a smaller than Masterpiece right next door but we thought it was perfectly cozy. When we entered, it was practically empty and it stayed that way until we left but we have noticed few picked up take-​out orders from here. We were welcomed and seated immediately.
We ordered following items,
1) Spicy Fish Pot
2) Stir fried pork kidney
3) Pork ribs clay pot
—– Spicy Fish pot — this seems to be the very popular dish here, one of my friend who has been here before insisted that I try this and you don’t have to try hard to convince me to try a spicy fish dish anyway. With so many ingredients, without even trying, this has to be one of a prettiest & most photogenic dish I have seen in a while. It had lightly fried filet of fish, fried lotus roots, celery, ‘Jews ears’ fungus, sliced potatoes, tofu skin, chili pepper, onions, peanuts, sichuan pepper corns, mushrooms, ginger, cloves of garlic and white sesame — all stir fried nicely to get nice, rich and complex flavors.
And each ingredients brought different textural elements to the dish as well — ‘Jews ear’ being jelly like, lotus root a bit crunchy, parper-​like texture of tofu skin and I can keep going. And for the taste, lets just say I loved it. I really like how this dish brought different flavors, textures and taste together. MUST TRY here!
—– Stir Fried pork kidney — I pride myself to be someone who tries anything once, how much ever gross it may seem but surprisingly I have never really thought about eating kidney before. My partner insisted that I will like it and he wanted to order something different from what we usually order. So after grumbling for a bit, I gave in.
It’s basically pork kidney stir-​fried with ginger, bell paper, sesame oil and rice wine. It had a different texture than anything I have eaten before — part pasty, part rubbery and part jelly? I am not sure! But it wasn’t gross. My partner loved it — he couldn’t get enough of it! For me, for trying kidneys for very first time, I didn’t hate it. It comes down to individual taste level and how much of kidney you have been used to before.
—– Pork ribs clay pot — It wasn’t exactly what we expected to get but turned out to be good. We expected a rich saucy dish with pork ribs in claypot but it was rather light and soupy dish with some glass noodles, small pieces of pork ribs and lots of napa cabbages. It served as nice contrast to other two rich dishes we have ordered. It was good, but bit bland for me.
While our waiter (only waiter) didn’t seem overly enthusiastic, the service was just right — he took our orders, brought our hot tea & food on time and checked on us few times. Good enough for me.
And prices were reasonable in par with other hot pot and sichuan restaurants.
Overall, we liked the place and we will visit again to try hot pots and other spicy pots.

My wife and I met in China when we were both foreign English teachers there, and our last five years in Alabama have left us starving for real Chinese food. If my eyes did not deceive me, they even have something very similar to mi fen rou, which I will try when not with my wife since she hates that dish.
The servers were all very polite, especially with my torturously slow Mandarin, and the food was amazing. We had ma po doufu, suan la tudou si, and yu xiang rou si, all of which met our very high expectations.
Finding the restaurant with GPS at night from Sandy Springs was a bit tricky, and we almost gave up when it looked like we were being led to some train yard murder set, but we persevered and are glad we did! It looked like the same plaza has a couple of other restaurants in a similar vein to try, but I’m not sure I have any reason not to keep going back to this place!

By far the best and most authentic Chinese/​Sichuan food around! I live downtown but I think it’s well worth the drive.
Yes, the sign is misleading, but apparently it was up before the present owners took over.
I love the twice cooked pork, Kung pao chicken, spicy hot pots, sour cabbage and rice noodles. 麻辣鱼香锅，宫保鸡丁，酸菜粉丝，干煸四季豆，葱爆羊肉，尖椒土豆丝。

Truly authentic Chinese spicy pot. The best in Atlanta. Me and my boyfriend ordered fish spicy pot, pork belly in red sauce and pan fried veggie, everything is beyond expectation. And the price is good too. Luv this place, have to leave a five star for my first time on Unilocal

They do a very nice job on the spicy pot dishes, particularly fish (frog legs are also good). There was a good beef dish also. The garlic eggplant dish was a little too garlic for my taste – not quite enough spice. Pretty solid overall.
