The Northlands First and Longest Running Massage Wellness since 1985. Celebrating 30 years. Owner Christal McIntyre spent much of her first years educating the area on Healing Touch and importance of Massage Therapy and Holistic Wellness.

Formerly known as Christal Center, we have been providing holistic health and wellness therapies for 30 years.

Established in 1984 by owner Christal McIntyre, Christal Center was the original Wellness Center to provide therapeutic Massage in Duluth and surrounding areas. Christal has spent much of her time educating the public on the many benefits of holistic health through the human touch, energy balancing and wellness products. We are proud to still be going strong! We feel honored to have treated and guided so many clients to achieving their health goals & their highest good in life.

Our new name Tetrah Wellness came about while we celebrated our 30^th anniversary. We wanted to celebrate our staying power and the many wonderful changes we’ve been making recently. The word Tetrah, to us, means coming from the first molecule of life, to create life, and to flourish to life’s highest good.
