These guys typically get my drink right and are very nice but I have to give them a lower score because of consistent long wait times. I’ve currently been in the drive-thru line for 20 mins and this is not abnormal.

Terrible service. Waited over 15 minutes on a mobile order. They gave me half my order after 10 minutes and left the breakfast sandwich sitting on the counter. I had to ask for the other half of my order and they have me the sandwich that was sitting out for almost 10 minutes.

Horrible service. Stood in line for about 20 min. Then waited another 20 min for my drink. They had 6 people on staff. Never coming to this location again!

I attend numerous morning meetings in this area, and this Starbucks is always a stop for me. I can always count on this Starbucks to be quick and courteous whether I pass through the drive through or step inside to order. It does tend to be busy in the mornings, but the staff have always been quick and efficient when I stop in. Baristas have always been friendly and quick to share a smile.

Always super busy in the morning but a great place to meet clients in the morning for coffee. Lots of comfortable seating and great service!

Best tip: use the drive thru or go in and order. Do not use the mobile app to order. Used it twice and I could have gotten my order faster sitting in the line around the building in the drive thru. Contacted customer service and it took two months to resolve. The manager from the store was supposed to contact me per two regional managers and it still has not happened almost three months later. I give up. I figure the customer is not important at this location and I have moved on. If you can drive further, I would give 5 stars hands down to the PIB location in Norcross and four stars to the PIB location in Suwanee. Trying to help Starbucks remember that their coffee is a luxury item should always be first and foremost in their minds!

Took me 20 minutes to get my coffee in the drive through. Slowest starbucks ever. Don’t stop here if you have a time line to keep.

Went again yesterday, oh why… waited with 4 other customers in line for 10 minutes. One cash register open, and staff taking breaks at the tables or walking between the back and the front… goodness.

Avoid this location all cost Loyal Starbucks Drinker and Gold Card Member since 2011 I’ve been to many Starbucks over the course of the past few years. I must say– this Starbucks is BYFARTHEWORSTSTARBUCKSINMETROATLANTA. Between LONGLINES(as some of the other commenters mentioned below) and RUDESERVICE, I only stop here in times of desperation. And don’t even try to speak to the manager. She is as condescending as her employees. I’m also willing to overlook long lines and unfriendly staff if they can get my drink correct. I order the same drink every single time I go and they still manage to rush me while I’m making my order and of course get my drink wrong because they were rushing!!! I do not recommend this Starbucks to my worst enemy. I hope that Starbucks reads these reviews and does something about the poor level of service at this location. The leadership sucks, the drinks suck, and with the exception of one or two friendly faces, the staff 90% of the time sucks. Keep it moving and go to the Starbucks 2 minutes away if you can. There is one at Kroger and another at Sugarloaf Mills mall. There is also a Dunkin Donuts not too far from here. Although the coffee isn’t as good, at least you will be in and out in a minute or two and with the correct drink in hand. You will not have a pleasant experience here. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Busy Busy! This starbucks area is always ridiculously busy for some reason, but the service and drinks are great! If you’re willing to stand in line for some time, this wouldn’t be a bad place to visit.

It’s not really the fault of the staff, but now I hate coming here and it’s 100% due to the lines. On a typical morning you’ll be 8th or 9th in the drive through if you’re lucky. Recently I thought I’d just go inside and was shocked to find a line wrapping around the store nearly backed up to the door: probably about 30 – 40 people in line for coffee. I’m positive the drive through is faster since the staff feels more pressure to move that line along. Parking lot is always slammed. And if you were hoping for a table to sit and work? Forget it. Even if you’re able to find a place to sit it is not conducive to working. The area is very small and crammed together and is so loud due to the amount of people in the tiny spot. They always are very friendly and make my drinks perfectly, but I can’t stand coming here. PS– I wrote this entire review waiting in line and haven’t ordered yet.

I am here all the time because it’s like 5 min from my house. This is a BUSYBUSY Starbucks. I have waited in the drive thru for like at least 15 min before. They have never messed up on my drink except once and they gave me a free drink for it. Other than that, they are pretty on point. No complaints here except for service can be slow sometimes. Also, parking is a hassle because the Starbucks parking structure is so small.

Skip it if you are in a hurry. This is a BUSY Starbucks. Somehow they keep the line moving whether drive thru or in store. Employees from every IT department in the area stare at their phones as bubbly baristas knock out the half caff double frap whip foam latte whatever thingie with finesse at the quickest pace possible(I maintain they should have a separate«Just Plain ol Coffee» line, maybe with an honor system payment kiosk). Service is friendly and as efficient as fancy coffee will allow. The only other drawback is due to the high customer volume here, cleanliness takes a hit(lots of ½ & ½ dribble around the condiment area during my visit).

Soooooo Slow… Set aside at least 10 minutes(if you’re lucky) If you want a quick cup of coffee forget it. Try the starbucks counter in the Kroger down the road.

This is my «go-to» Starbucks location because of the fact that it is on the way to my school. Although the staff has always been very friendly, attentive, and nice, there is just way too many people grabbing coffee at this place during the early morning(6 – 9 am) that there have been times where I would just pass up the coffee since I do not want to wait 30 minutes in the to-go line just to grab a cup of coffee. The line, inside, is also pretty long so if you’re wanting to just grab some quick coffee and go to work, I would not suggest this Starbucks location.

Consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I go out of my way to go to a different coffee shop to avoid the wait here. Needs to hire additional staff.

Really can’t say anything bad about a Starbucks that I regularly visit. The staff here is always really friendly and coffee is served quickly. There is a lack of seating. If you’re looking to sit down and study, then this probably isn’t the best Starbucks to come to.

So I should’ve never came back but I really needed some espresso this AM and unfortunately this Starbucks is on the way to my work. I decided to go through the drive thru today because it was hailing out and I didn’t want to get out of my car. I got my usual two shots of espresso over ice(in my own cup). I know it’s a pain in the butt to drive up to the window and give them my cup to prepare the drink, but they weren’t that busy and two shots of espresso does NOT take long to prepare. All they have to do is literally push a button. I pulled up to the window and my drink was already prepared in a plastic cup. I told the girl that I had mentioned that I had my own cup. She proceeds to get defensive and states, «well I didn’t take your order.» Um ok… what does it matter who took my order? She then takes my cup to get my drink and when she hands it back to me, I ask her to top it off with half and half. Apparently someone was placing an order through her headset as she was handing me my drink so she couldn’t hear me. Instead of saying something along the lines of, «I’m sorry ma’am, I can’t hear you.» she yells at me condescendingly, «I CAN’T HEARYOU» while pointing to her headset. WOW. I should’ve just left then. After she hands me my drink, the drive thru window closes. I had ordered a coffee cake too which she failed to give me so I sat there and waited. She opens up the window and asks with her condescending tone, «Did you need something else?!» This Starbucks is absolutely horrible from their customer service to their burnt tasting espresso. I would recommend staying away from this location!

This location is very lively with lots of people. This is of course the Duluth area so no surprise here. The service level is average here, no difference from any other locations. I don’t think we were greeted but that could be due to the busy line of customers. I would say the atmosphere here is a bit more upbeat since there’s a constant buzz of people coming and going. You will see a mixture of young adults to business professionals at this location. Overall, if you want a quiet Starbucks, I would not recommend this location. But if you want to feel surrounded by folks, this is the right place for you.

I do not like the layout of this Starbucks as much as some of the other, The nook of 2 person tables are nice though for studying or computer time. The raised communal table is too near the register and its traffic for my taste. The service and people here are stupendous though. They are always friendly and quick. It is currently my most frequented Starbucks.
