I’ve been a sprint customer for a loooooong time! I usually buy at this location, bc every time I’m there, the employees always look into my bill and tell me if I’m paying too much! They try to save me money every time I’m there! It’s not every day you find a company that works FOR you!

Be careful loyal Sprint Customers, this is a third party vendor who have «upper management» that will not let stock leave the store unless you are signing up for a «framily“plan (ie. more phones). I went in to upgrade my single-​line phone and was told by manager Andy that with my plan and phone, he could order a phone and have it delivered to the store– I can do that myself and have the phone to my house the next day. I called Sprint from the parking lot mad that I had wasted my lunch hour chasing a phone from this store simply because it was closest to the office. I learned that this is a vendor store and are dictated by upper management. I went to an official Sprint store on my way home from work and got just what I wanted.
So, «upper management», your stupid, pushy. money– grubbing policy cost you my business as well as my coworkers and anyone reading this review.
