Smith’s is a Gift, Home & Women’s retail shop in Historic Duluth on Main St. near The Town Green. In addition to gift items we have many items for entertaining, hostess gifts, table tops and seasonal décor. We hand make our own line of soaps but also carry leading manufacturers like Nora Fleming, Himalayan Candles, Ginger Snap Jewelry and many others.

History

Established in 2007.

In 2006, we went on a quest for the perfect bar of soap. Most of what we found were commercially-​manufactured detergent bars. After fruitless searching (and much itching and dry skin), we decided to make my own. So, in my basement lab, I begin experimenting with different processes, fragrances, and molds. In the fall of 2007, we began selling soap and a few other bath and kitchen items online. In the fall of 2008 we opened Smith’s Bath & Home, a full-​service kitchen and bath retail and online store. In September of 2011 we launched a re-​boot, modified our assortment, dropped the Bath & Home and reopened as Smith’s.

Smith’s — offers quality products at affordable prices for the home and many items for her in our expanded woemen’s department.
