Hello! I have an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems and a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish with a concentration in International Business. My diverse background includes time spent as a computer literacy instructor in Washington D.C., through AmeriCorps. In addition, several years with a nonprofit focused on bridging the digital divide. Moreover, experience with small restaurant businesses and large companies such as Turner Broadcasting in its New Media Group, and TJX Companies in her past career of HR makes me uniquely enthusiastic in my role as Customer Relationship Manager for Rudys.

Live in close proximity to Rudy’s and was looking for a restaurant to deliver pizza and wings, considered chains Pizza Hut and Marco’s, but after reviewing on line menu decided to go with Rudy’s. …so glad I did! Called my order in of XL Pizza, 20 wings and large salad. the man that took my order was friendly, listened well and repeated my order back for accuracy. I told him I lived in the area. he gave me an ETA of 30 mins and honored my request for their $ 5 coupon. I pre-​paid and my order arrived in 30 mins, correct and hot. The pizza slices were large and the wings also. I will definitely order from them again! #orderonthemoney

Absolutely had to write a review. Their pizza is great. Good floppy NY pizza. The reason for the lack of one star is this super annoying music player they have that slows down dramatically and speeds up. Horribly annoying and ruins the mood. They need to fix it. It’s horrible.

Honestly this place is shitty and will probably steal your money.
Me and my boyfriend came with our friends and we were the only customers there during that time. It was our first time here and my first thought was it looks very unsanitary. Instead of giving us the food that was already finished they left it on the counter while cooking the others. Im not sure if our server didn’t notice because she was in the corner on her phone or they usually bring everything at once but when i got my food it was cold not to mention the food was awful too. I left leaving only 3 $ tip. Couple days later i check my card and it tells me i have –4 $. i only used my card for that shit place when i finally put money into it and they took 190 $ from me. no fucking joke. that much. I am a pregnant lady and they got some damn nerve to steal money from a pregnant women. I was angry as hell. Don’t waste time or money or the money they’ll be stealing here.

I wasn’t super impressed. Mainly because they forgot to make my order and I had to eat when my party were all halfway done with their meals. The calzones did look great. The gyro looked great. I got two slices of the meat lovers pizza. It was just okay. The cheese tortellini was just okay. I probably won’t go back. If you stop by, play it safe and go with the calzone. It seems to be the best item.

RUDE management at Rudy’s. We ordered in the store, waitress was nice. We waited 30 mins when she came back and asked, «You still want that to go, right?» Then waited 10+ more mins. After waiting over 40 – 45 mins for a to-​go order of a calzone and wings, I went to the counter. When I asked about the order and advised the time (because I posted on FB after order placed, so I knew I was accurate), the manager or whoever he was went in the kitchen, looked at several other orders and put two boxes together. He then pulled up the ticket and replied, «It’s only been 30 mins…» Really??? So now I’m a hungry liar and you want my money??? No, sir. No, thanks. I told him never mind, I no longer wanted it. He sarcastically tossed the food back on the shelf in the kitchen and rudely told me «Have a good day.» I guess they only want to take your money and not serve up service. Off my list.

Worst wings in duluth. Dry, overfried, no seasoning. Pizza was equal to school pizza. Service was mediocre, atmosphere is depressing in there. would not return.

Tasty calzones are what keep me coming to Rudy’s though I’ve never actually tried the pizza. Service is a bit inconsistent but I’m usually grabbing mine to go so not that big of an issue. Several tvs so may make a nice place to watch a game.
If they could find a way to fill more of the calzone and leave less dough, I’d kick it up to 5*. Take my advice, it’s definitely worth a try.

We ate there for lunch today. Had their supreme pizza. The pizza was good. I would not say it was great or really «New York style». It tasted fine and the service was great. I also like that they are a Coke place. I hear that their calzone is even better than their pizza. It would be good if they offered a lunch calzone or Stromboli special that includes a drink for about $ 8 (just a suggestion).

Unfortunately the quality isn’t consistent. I’ve ordered the manicotti and the pizza, and more often then not I’d get under cooked pasta and raw dough. If they were just a little more patient with the food and leave it in the oven a little longer, it would be perfect. The taste is there but, the raw dough and pasta made my son sick for three days. Definitely disappointed.

This place is a very reasonable price in the pizza and appetizers are spectacular. My friend brought me here a while back msa that it was great discovery for me. Great family atmosphere sports on the TV and cold beer on tap make it my kind of place.

3 stars for the food + 1 star for the service
My friend and I ordered the chicken parmigiana, half lemon pepper and half bbq wings, and a slice of the Hawaiian pizza and a slice of the Capressa pizza. The food in general was good — nothing too special though. The wings are a good size and were tasty. Pasta was okay but the chicken was very good. The pizza slices were not very hot when it came out but I think it’s because they waited for everything to be done so they can bring it out together. The girl who served our table was very nice and attentive and was very good at coming to check on us at the right times. Would definitely visit again if I’m in the area!

This place is great! The wings are a good size and taste soo good. The pizza is nice & fresh. My only suggestion would be to cook the pizza a tad bit longer. My pizza was not undercooked but was a little doughy at times. Good service too

If this is what NY pizza tastes like then I’ll pass. I won’t be completely negative… the place had a decent setup and the customer service was ok. That’s where the positive ends… a customer came in right before they closed and Sat down in the dining section (which was rude b/​c they’re clearly closing)…then one of the waitresses begins to say negative comments aloud to another waitress which I thought was inappropriate. Now to the food… or lack thereof. Paid 1.75 for five greasy fries. Thanks guys. The pizza was disgusting… seemed like it had been sitting out all day, was cold, and cardboardish (not a word… be different). My wings were barely cooked after I specifically asked for them to be crispy. I normally check my food but didn’t this time. And I gave a tip… all for nothing. Oh well.
