Terrible!
only way to sum up my experience living one year here.
leasing office agents always seem to be annoyed when I go in for something, probably because they have to do some actual work.
I had another neighbor throw garbage onto my patio and leasing office did absolutely nothing about it.
warning: they have a pet «fee»… and not a pet deposit. when I moved out none of my pet «fee» was used for damages.
charged me over $ 1k I damages, with $ 700 of that being basic wood damage to some cabinets.
charged me $ 250 for hard wood «scratches» that I have no idea of.
I’m suspicious this place just adds up bogus charges so they do not have to return security deposits
had major flooding in my unit due to busted pipes from next door. was offered absolutely nothing.
do not move here. I was never late on rent or any utility payments. but when I moved out I felt like I was being thrown out.
I had zero say in what repairs were to be administered at what cost. again. suspicious of them not wanting to return any of my security deposit.
do not move here. worst apartment living experience
