I purchased exercise equipment online from (good looking equipment and an excellent price BTW). After the shopping was complete and I went from my cart to pay via credit card things got«odd». It took 8 tries to get the order to go through, the site was not a typical google/paypal site and did not look secure. I used a spare credit card which had not been used for anything else in 6 months because I was cautious with all this unusual stuff, good thing I did because within 24 hours I got fraud charge alerts from a different state via manual input(not swipes) and closed the account. No one from the Quest returned my call or email from Friday so I called again Monday morning where an employee who answered the phone would not let me speak to management/owner about it. Most likely an employee there with credit card access or an employee at the website that handles the credit card transactions took my info and sold it. In either event(or any other possibilities) this company has not taken the proper measures to secure its customers data.

THE gym for serious lifters. You will not find many people here on the treadmill trying to sweat out a few xmas pounds. You will instead find competitive lifters working on their bench, squat, and deadlift. Quest has so much to offer I’m going to review it from several different angles: Gym Equipment Truly top notch. Lots of bars and weights for the big lifts. Excellent machines with some great machines you don’t find in the average gym. Lots of simple but essential items like stretching bands and foam rollers. The cardio section is adequate for a warmup. Nutrition Quest sells some great nutrition products such as whey powder. Most of their product line comes in 3 flavors: Cinnamon(their best, and is fantastic), Chocolate(very good, not too sweet, tastes more like cocoa, and Vanilla(too sweet). The prices per pound for their products is VERY competitive. For Sale Equipment If you’re looking to stock your own home gym, come into Quest. They are very knowledgeable on equipment from simple to expensive, and will be happy to answer any questions. Cleanliness — - There are very few truly clean gyms, and this is not one of them. There’s a lot of dust throughout the gym, and the bathrooms are a little gross. Luckily, all the workout machines kept clean. This is much better than typical LA Fitness etc where every piece of gear is covered in a layer of God-knows-how-many bodily fluids. Trainers Quest has some VERY high-end professional trainers. If you want to get into powerlifting, you can’t do any better than Josh Rohr. Robert Autry is also a great trainer.
