Update: the manager/​owner is still avoiding my phone calls and giving me the runaround.

It used to be a customer friendly car wash service place. No any more! I waited over 30 minutes to collect my car and it wan’t busy at all. Workers were busy chatting. At the end, my car was not as clean as I expected. They also mess up programmed radio channels and Bluetooth function. So disappointed.

Cleaners broke our air vent handle in our car while we watched them work. When we asked the manager /​owner for compensation they lied and said it was broken before we got there. We stopped coming after that. Needless to say, you’re dealing w/​society’s trash by coming here. BUYER BEWARE.

This place is awful as they do not clean anything. I went home and had to clean the car again. Bird poop was still on the car. Not an honest business.

I would assign 0 stars if I could. Terrible business practices. Bad management and dishonest workers. Went in for an oil change and during service, they broke the oil filter. The serviceman said they would pay for a new replacement (of course they should). Later the manager demanded that I pay for half for the new replacement filter… He tried to BS and say that the older filter was screwed on too tight by the previous oil service place and that it was not their fault that it. I argued that doesn’t make any sense for two reasons– 1) The serviceman said they would pay for it 2) The part broke in their care so they are liable. The manager told me I’m no longer welcome there and he would never service my car again. Good riddance. Beware!!!

My car was still dirty after the wash, they could not clean my chrome exhaust at all, lot of dirty spots left.
I would rather just go to a cactus car wash or anything other than here.
My interior was kind of cleaned .
No one speaks English.
And they drove my car into the car wash with it keys.
Very mom and pop store but not for luxury cars or new cars or dirty cars for that matter.

The entire staff is ver professional. This place is very clean. They are very inexpensive and do a remarkable job. I highly recommend it.

I have been coming here for several years and they have consistently performed a great detail job on my car at a very fair price. They have a decent indoor area for chilling as you await your clean and shiny car. The staff has always been friendly and efficient.

Filled a small crack in the windshield for $ 35. The sign says free repair for cracks in the wind shield — ask for details. This free portion is associated with other services. I only needed to repair the small crack in the wind shield. $ 35 seemed reasonable and they did a good job.

It was pure coincidence, but I happened to stop by on a Wednesday, which happens to be Ladies’ Day, conferring to those with XX sex chromosomes to 15% off their bill. My car was in complete disarray and I felt that since I had let at least 4 months go by with no washing of any sort, I had to splurge. I went all out with the wash and wax and ended up paying in the mid-​$ 30 range. Totally reasonable, as the interior of my Batmobile was dusty as hell.
It was about 2 pm or so, so the queue was not too long. I waited less than 20 minutes and when I came out to hop in my car, I was extremely pleased with how clean my car looked. So like yosep k., I am throwing in a positive review into the mix. If you are in this area, go get your car cleaned with confidence. If you drive a Maserati or something, well, you have more money than to deal with these kinds of places… Though as I mentioned, no issues on my little Honda Civic. But it is a Honda Civic after all.
Expectations, people. It’s all about expectations.

No wonder this place has many bad reviews on Unilocal and other review websites. I went in today because I was told that it is HALF-​OFF oil change. I called in to check and the lady said it was 50% off. Before I gave them the key I double checked with the guy and he told me it is indeed half off and price was 22.50 after the discount. After they finished they charged me 40 and told me they never had 50% off but instead, they had 15% off. Such a rip off. Why did the guy say it was 22.50 after the discount then? I had to argue with them for almost 20 minutes and they gave me 20% off instead. Such a BS place. I am never coming back.

I am pretty surprised to see all the negative reviews here. My wife has been a loyal customer here for some time, and today I decided to go there myself. I was pretty impressed with how well they cleaned my van. The cleaning crew pre-​washed the van manually before putting it through the machine, and the detailing crew (2 people) jumped into cleaned the inside and dried the outside manually. To me, what they have done was amazing. I am definitely going back here.
FYI, you get 15% discount on Tuesdays if you are a dude, and the same discount on Wednesdays, if you are female.

I took my nice pretty RED new mustang here for car wash. I got the $ 26.95 service, hoping that they will do a good job but unfortunately these guys suck at what they do. they didn’t clean the car well, they messed up my dash & interior with sum shitty shiny coat and they didn’t get the dust off my gear box and cup-​holder.
AND ABOVE ALL OF THESE, THEY LEFT A BIG DEEP SCRATCH ON MY CAR.

After a week on the road for vacation I wanted to go get my wife’s car washed. Went to this place and got there at 9:25 am after my run to Starbucks. Get there and there was some guy vacuuming a car so I thought they were open. I ask the worker if they were open, after a dirty look he responds «WE OPEN AT 9:30 am»… WTF???
After that dirty look and response I just went down the street to Fairway Car Wash on Ptree Ind… never again will I go here, just rather drive the extra 2 mins to Ptree Ind and spend my money there… I spent $ 125 with tip at Fairway this morning, I guess money isn’t needed or wanted at Pleasant Hill Car Wash.

Free car wash if i change oil? Eh not good deals why? How oil change cost $ 29.99 for my honda civic? And not a good car wash… Not going back.

Get my oil changed here which includes free car wash. Oil change is usually quick. Car wash is average, mainly because it’s done by machine.

Since I came here few times, I couldn’t find my GPS. They always vacuum all the changes the are on the floor so that they can keep them. Had a incident where they broke the plastic that sits beneath the seat but didn’t bother to put it back in. I had to call General Manager who claims that owner isn’t there so… I found the office and I found him. He was trying to argue that it wasn’t their fault and keeps denying that it’s not possible that its there fault. To him no matter what I said made him feel any different. Even if his emplyee hit me with with vaccum, he will simply deny it. Owner told me he drives 7 and 5 series BMW. Why??? who knows… may he wants to tell me that he is better than me? What a dump in middle of Korean communities. Owner is Korean BTW. What a disgrace. Never going back… avoid them like a plague.
