History

Established in 2012.

Terri Wingness, owner of On The Rocks Art Studio, has always had a passion for art. She has been an elementary and middle school art specialist at Hermantown for 20 years and helped expand their art program to what it is today. Terri wanted to continue her passion by sharing her expertise with the public and by opening this studio for everyone to enjoy. With the help of her daughter, Chelsey, they have created a business to bring everyone together through art!
