Labcorp

This is sad because i want to rate this place 0 stars. I came in 5 mins late for my appointment and had 4 people go before me. Waiting 45 mins to pee in a cup. Its not that hard.

Getting ready to start a new job had to come by here for a quick test to move along the hiring process. Getting there just a few minutes after three found there was only one woman waiting. Check in, show i.d. and wait for your name to be called. The tech was friendly, very chatty and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Since the test was on the company dime I was able to bounce not owing anything.
I would recommend calling about the hours of business they are closed during lunch.

This company is a fucking joke. First one I went to ran out of drug cups. Now been a hour they have no stream liner process and all they do is drug test and easy lab work. So posses at this place and the. job that sent me to this crap hole.

The location on Peachtree Dunwoody seems a bit better than these reviews although the billing is horrible. First visit they didn’t even file insurance, second visit denied because the filing had two mistakes made by them. 1 800 number has a long hold time. Wish Atlanta Gastro used another lab.

This place is a ghetto! The staff needs customer service 101. They don’t answer phones, never have supplies and have rude receptionists.

Horrible service!!! I’ve gone to the LabCorp in Duluth, GA several times since I moved to Duluth in 2010, and every time I leave from there I tell myself that is the last time. The ladies that work there are among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I had hoped over the years that the owner would have wizened up and gotten rid of his/​her bad staff and hired some intellectual and kind hearted individuals; but sadly they did not (and for this reason I nor anyone else in my family will be returning there). Maybe the individuals that work at this LabCorp are under paid, or chastised by their boss constantly, but whatever the case may be; I believe if you get the privilege (& yes, I said it is a privilege to serve your community) to work in the medical field to serve others you should not take that opportunity lightly and be respectful to those you serve. Thank you & I apologize if this sounds harsh but it is the truth.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The front desk was just a train wreck and the tech seemed annoyed that I was asking simple questions about the procedure. A few days later I found out she did not draw enough blood for all the tests, surprise. I only wish I could give this place zero stars.

Very rude. But it doesn’t seem to matter which one you go to they are all rude. I give 2 stars cause there was one lady that was nice.

Got my labs here. They were extremely rude to several people while I was sitting their for my annual labwork. They knew answers to questions but played dumb when people tried to get answers about labs and how the billing works. They seemed to pride themselves on being unhelpful and getting people to leave the lab.

One of the places you will see when it comes to getting your pre-​employment drug screen done. Lousy is the operative word. Poorly run usually hot & stuffy & whoa is you if you think you’ll be in/​out & on with your day. Had to go to 3 different locations before I could find one without a hour and a half wait.
