Just Cooling Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Just cooling on 8-​10-​2015 and they stated they could not come until 8-​11-​2015. Upon arrival of the first Tech (Antonio) I explained what the A/​C was doing making noise and cutting off of course upon his arrival all was working fine. He checked the freon a it was a half of a pound low. Antonio advised that he didn’t see a problem and to call back if this happened again. Sure enough on 8-​12-​2015 the A/​C was up to it’s old tricks doing the same things. I videotaped the problem for the tech prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival of course all was well again. I showed the video to (Anthony) and he stated no matter what the video showed he could do nothing. Anthony was very rude and had a non-​caring attitude and stated to me that this call was free anyway. Not a good response I called another A/​C company (Icon Mechanical) and within 15 minutes of the arrival of the Tech he found the problem Capacitor and switch. Great job ICON Mechanical will use you in the future for all my needs. More training needed at Just cooling heating and air on job performance and customer service what to say and not to say to customers.

Great experience with this company! They were quick in their response, worked around my schedule, and were very friendly and professional. Highly knowledgeable and able to pinpoint the problem to fix my AC. Both Antoine and Anthony were great to work with.

Anthony was a life saver. I called Just Cooling on a Friday because I was having issues with my furnace and the temperature was going to drop below 20 the next week. He managed to fit me in his schedule the next day. Unfortunately, my issue could not be resolved at the time but Anthony made a quick repair that would allow my unit to run safely until he could return. Two days later, Anthony returned and fixed my unit and ductwork quickly. He even took the extra time to look at the rest of the ductwork in my crawlspace to make sure there were no other issues. Great company. Great technician.

The technician was professional and highly intelligent. Sent someone right away and they arrived on time.
We had a problem with our heating unit. It wasn’t working again. Seems to happen every year. We were afraid because the last company that was here for our air conditioner said we would need new heating units in the fall.
THEY LIED! The Just Cooling technician told me I didn’t need a new unit at all. Some of the wires had become loose over time and were not making a connection. It took him a bit of time to reconnect them properly but he has the unit working like a champ!
Cant tell you how many times technicians have seen that unit and replaced parts and come to find out it has been loose wires all along.
He said the unit is fine and should last us a while. His charge was under $ 100.00. Also amazing!
HIGHLY recommend Antonio Dorsey and JUST Cooling. We will NEVER use anyone else.
