I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in for my introductory workout at GTA Karate. I wanted an alternative to my usual routine at my local gym. Turns out that I had my work cut out for me. The instructor, Keith, really worked me out and I discovered that circuit training is far more beneficial than hitting the gym and doing my usual workouts day in and day out. I missed my Kwando classes I took back home so I was definitely intrigued by any type of kickboxing class introduced to me. My experience at GTA Karate was great. I was sweating bullets, felt my muscles burning then and 2 days after the fact and I walked away feeling exhausted but happy to have burned some calories in a fun & productive way! If you live in the area, be sure to check them out at GTA Karate because you get what you sign up for! The workouts are challenging but not impossible and if you’re willing to out in the effort, you’ll see the results. I was very pleased with my session with Keith and will return for more!
