Eric Reid and his team at Renaissance Realty Group opened in 2005 as an independent residential brokerage providing offering real estate expertise to home sellers and buyers. By anticipating market changes Renaissance Realty Group became one of the first brokerages in Georgia to offer Short Sale processing to homeowners and lead the industry in the Short Sale listings and approvals for two consecutive years. In 2008 Renaissance Realty Group was again ahead of the industry by anticipating the impending rise in residential mortgage failures and the influx of bank owned foreclosures that would eventually flood the local housing market. For the past four years, Renaissance Realty Group has been one of the top performing REO brokerages in Georgia with strong working relationships with all major banks along with a large client base consisting of both seasoned investors and first time home buyers.

Eric G Reid lives Lawrenceville with his family and dogs. He earned her real estate license in 2005 and her Broker’s license in 2009. Eric loves making an through real estate, business building and coaching and as Foster Parent severing the kids at risk in Gwinnett county.
