I work in an office complex across the street and we order take out from Chew Young Roo at least twice a week. It is decent, warm, cheap food and Moon (the girl behind the counter) always remembers our names and faces and sometimes our voices over the phone. I like Chew Young Roo, but I’ll be the first to admit that they aren’t the Ritz and their menu is not very diverse. That critique made I will still say that I enjoy their dishes and will continue to support their establishment.

King dumplings (wang mandoo) and black bean noodles. I put a ton of red pepper in the noodles. Eat it up. Always leave satisfied and with at least one black bean spot on my face…
