Inside Johns Creek Super H-Mart at GA141 and Abbotts Bridge(GA120) — the Chinese/Korean stall in the food court. On cold days, cold air comes into the food court area — poor design and not sure if anything can be done about it. Bathroom is usable but not in great shape and the entire store is not really well-maintained to the point where it doesn’t seem that clean. But if you can get past all that… The menu options have pictures, which helps any newbies. There are some Chinese American dishes and Chinese Korean dishes. I ordered Jjam Bbong — spicy seafood noodle soup. It comes out bright orange due to the red pepper and that is a sign of things to come. Noodles were good, broth was rich, 2 shrimp, squid, and 2 mussels(1 in half-shell), onions and a few other veggies thrown in. It creates a good flavor medley and usually hits the spot for something spicy and warm, especially on a cold day. A side of bright yellow picked radish and a styrofoam cup so you can get your own water. Under $ 8 for basic food court fare. Nothing superlative but good enough flavor to keep it in the rotation if you’re looking for this particular dish. Haven’t tried the rest of their menu yet though.
