Thank you for choosing Caduceus Occupational Medicine. On average we get everyone who makes an appointment processed in about an hour. Because we are a full-​service medical office if you just walk-​in for service you are subject to whatever is in front of you. All patients don’t come in for the same service so their processing times very greatly, We appreciate your feedback and we are looking into your daughter’s visit to see anywhere we could have shaved time based on what we had going on at the time and will continuously work to improve. Today I’m bringing my daughter here for a pre drug screening for a new job. We got here about 2:10pm on a Sunday, when pulling into the parking lot I notice there wasn’t anyone there but one car. So! I thought to myself this should go by quick (HELL NAW!!!) I’m still sitting here, my daughter and one other person is here. Why are we still here? I can’t stand coming to these after hour joints, even for myself. They are sooooo slow I mean for bo reason. Here it is after 3:00pm. WHAT!!!

Everyone can agree that waiting will take at least 1 hour if you’re lucky. It’s just a drug screen waiting almost 2 hours is ridiculous. Staff are not very helpful nor friendly.

Drue and I came here because he had to have a pre-​employment drug screening. We have been here over 2 hours and are still waiting on him to be called back. The entire waiting room has been turned over at least once already. Now people that have come in after him are being seen before him. It is not that difficult to have someone urinate in a cup. We will never visit this place again.
