The most professional eye care I have ever been to in my 10+ years of wearing glasses. They are so nice and deliver excellent service. The doctor (wish I remembered her name) was awesome. She explained everything in a detailed manner and was actually funny. I did not have to wait long. I was seen right away. They were so kind and attentive.
The place was very clean and looked nice. Nice decorations and comfy couches.
They have a very large selection of fashionable glasses. They did not try to pressure me into buy anything that was out of my budget. I told them what I wanted, and they delivered… Didn’t try to convince me into buy something more expensive.

This has to be the nicest optometrist’s office I have ever been to before, and the service was wonderful to the point I felt like I was a patron at a spa! It was very clean, the staff was professional, and I learned a great deal about eye care. I was surprised by some of the tests they had me do, because I had never done them at other optometrists’ offices before. In the past, I saw getting my eye exam and contacts exam done as just a routine thing to get the prescription I need and get my glasses/​contacts. What they included in my exams seemed very comprehensive. I appreciated that Dr. Cha and her medical assistant were very thorough and patient in explaining what the results meant for me and answering my questions. From exercises for my eyes when I’m on a computer all day to the benefits of eyedrops for contacts to talking out the pros/​cons of different contacts based on my own needs… they really went beyond what any other office has done for me before, and I’m sure they do this for all their patients. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me a specific brand of contacts like other offices, and they were very honest about the differences between brands and what they would actually recommend for me. Loved the honesty and the education I received with my exams!

One of the best eye Care businesses I’ve been to! Dr. Cha is so sweet, patient, and funny! They have a wide selection of glasses, the place is clean, relaxed, and extremely friendly, I’ve been coming for two years and can’t even picture going to a different place, a must go to, thank you for my wonderful glasses!

I had a wonderful experience here! I got contacts fitted and also glasses and lens. The staff are great. Only downside is I live too far, but would come back if I lived closer.

This was absolutely the best experience ever! Dr cha is amazing so sweet and kind and thorough she takes her time with you to explain everything and you can’t help but to leave there in a better mood. The staff is very friendly and kind. I called and got a same day appointment within a few hours the wait time was only but a few minutes. Will definitely be recommending this practice to everybody that I know!
