I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The apartments are run down and they really do the bare minimum with upkeep. It’s very wooded, there are so many bugs; roaches, centipedes, Mosquitos everywhere! They say the spray but… My AC unit leaked all over the carpet and they failed to fix it 3 times! And then it broke again next summer. There is ZERO storage space. The pool gets no sun. I’ve lived here two years simply out of necessity but I cannot wait for my lease to end. Do not live here.

Apartments are fair. Layouts are good but quality is a little off. However, considering the price it is not a bad deal. I lived here for two years and don’t have any major problems. There is a pretty heavy feral cat population around the buildings and they do fight on occasion. There are also a lot of kids in the complex. Overall it’s a good complex just a little run down compared to others in the area.
