Eh. This location was okay. Nothing too special or particular for me to write about. They did have a decent amount of clearance items which was interesting to browse about.
The store was well kept like other Bed Bath & Beyond locations. Parking was plentiful since the store is in a large shopping complex.

This is my neighborhood BB&B and apart from the convenience, i guess the fact that its a clearance BB&B. Who woulda thunk it?! Like discount on already discounted stuff? Cool!
The staff are usually helpful and there’s always someone to grab when looking for something or have any questions. They also try to help with those coupons as much as possible. The only downside to this particular location is the LACK of a cosmetic/​beauty department. Yup… nope…none…zilch :-/

Nice, bright, clean, well organized Bed Bath & Beyond store. Prices and selection are very good and store associates are helpful, courteous and professional. I always find what I am looking for — and usually items that I am not actually shopping for. The constant stream of coupons in the mail is also a nice plus!

This location is clean, easily accessible, with plenty of parking out front. It’s in a plaza at the corner of Satellite and Pleasant Hill, along with Starbucks and Einstein’s. I’ve called in, asking about products and the service was friendly. I have also used the wedding registry here, and that department was extremely nice.
Most of the employees are friendly and quick to help you. I’ve had a bad experience with one of the older, more grumpy employees, that has left me wary each time I visit this place. If not for this, I would have given this place 4 stars.
Yes, the mailed coupons are valid after expiration but that is the same at any Bed Bath Beyond location.

They have these 20% off coupons all the time. and sometimes also the 5 $ off coupons…
Yesterday I got a great deal on a outdoor canopy chair over here. Those chairs are normally 40 to 60 dollars. I compared them at Walmart also… They had it on sale for 20 $ :-) and then you add the 20% off on top of it and final purchase is 16 $… :-)
Place is well organized. Lot of parking as its kinda of in a strip mall… Service is also great…

Bed Bath & Beyond is quickly turning into nothing more than a dollar store. I recently spent $ 120 on some bathroom rugs, and they are literally falling apart before my eyes. There are carpet fibers everywhere, and there are new fibers coming out of the rugs everyday. Cheap china junk!. Might as well go to Family Dollar.

I haven’t been able to find this «Clearance Room» others speak of, but then again — I didn’t ask for help locating it either.
The employees at this location are generally much friendlier than some of the other locations I’ve visited and they’ll even take expired coupons. Love that. The selection is decent and parking is easy here.
What I don’t love? The customer service line looks like a normal checkout line, so a bunch of us waited in that line before finding out that it was for returns/​etc only. Obviously it’s a one-​time mistake (or at least I’d hope someone — me included — wouldn’t be dumb enough to do it twice), but I think they should either make it more clear or just ring up purchases at CS when someone waits in line forever. Just sayin.

While I love Bed, Bath & Beyond this store is not my first choice. The employees here are not very informative and the management team needs to get some customer service training. If I know exactly what I’m looking for and the website says it is in stock at this store, I will go back because of convenience. If I want any time of assistance, I will look to other Bed, Bath, and Beyond stores.

This initial review was 2011. I’m updating it as of 2014 I had a clearance spree up in here! I got a new blender, several ramikins different sizes. some cute pot holders… also changed my master bathroom. with some nice warm colors… found the PERFECT shower curtains, rugs. It was no line at check out the cashier was a nice young lady who liked my hair. I like this bbb.
Update March 28^th 2014: I just added another star. It had been a while since I shopped here. I do a lot of on line purchases though. I really enjoyed browsing through and looking for up to date gadgets. It’s always something you can use. Very neat store, stocked shelves and great customer service. I had a field day in this store !! Derrick was a great help he looked up Rachael Ray products for me on line. I didn’t find what I needed but found other goodies while there.

This BB&B has a very extensive clearance section. Its nice to get a pair of Egyptian sheets for less than 10 bucks. Their cookware section is a bit lacking as most of the items are sold in parts of a set. For individual items I suggest the Perimeter location as it has individual Cephalon pieces for example. The store is clean, the staff is nice, nothing bad going on there.

This is the clearance center for Atlanta stores, as well as some in Alabama and Florida said the manager. All I know is that it had a TON of clearance. Definitely the place to get sheets/​comforters/​bedskirts/​table linens.
All the workers around the store were very helpful. I’m just sorry it’s too far out. Don’t forget your coupons! They’re good on clearance items, and this store isn’t very picky about accepting multiples on one purchase.

They are great with returns from registry purchases and will give you cash rather than a store credit. One item I received was a paper shredder, which broke after about 6 months of use, and I was able to return it hassle free.
I do still shop here, mostly when I get my 20% off coupon in the mail. The prices are a little on the high side, but when you get a new coupon in the mail every other week, it comes out to be a pretty good deal.

Okay, full disclosure details: I used to work here several years ago.
However, this store is great, from the outside it looks like the worst BB&B in GA but it’s not janky looking inside and it’s the «clearance» store for the region. That means this store has some serious deals compared to the other BB&Bs.
They have a clearance room with tons of great stuff marked down anywhere from 25−75%.
It’s not nearly as fun working for BB&B as it is shopping there so I’m glad to be back on the customer end. ;)
Go find some deals at this store and don’t forget your coupons, which they accept after the expiration dates.
