Started as an investor owning 37 single family residences myself in 1992 and became an agent in 1994 to assist other investor secure rental properties and manage properties for others.

I started in Real Estate in 1992 as an investor while working at a large Forest products company as their Data Center Manager. After my initial taste of buying some rental properties, I realized I found the niche in life that I loved. On my next few properties, I had to do some rehab work. While working on these types of properties I realized that this allowed my family to share in my passion. In 1993 I was featured in a national magazine called Smart Money for my Real Estate Investments. In 1994 after accumulating a number of properties and now having a number of my friends wanting me to assist them in their search for the «Right Rental Property», I decided to get my Real Estate license. In 1999 after accumulating 37 rental properties personally and managing a few properties for other clients, I decided to quit the 9 – 5 job and just continue with my life passion — Buying and Managing rental properties.
