This place is my JAM! lol… Ever since they got Jayna Kim from Scissor Hands, this has been my go-​to place. Great location, nice/​clean space… easy to get appointments and chill staff. I swear by Jayna… she’s always ontop of her game… ALWAYS!

I been going to Jeff for several years and rarely get disappointed in my hair cut. At hair is spacious with lots of stylists. Jenna is also a really good stylist, she cut my hair the last 3 times and it turns out really good.
Highly recommended to anyone that want a great hair cut with a decent price.

I’ve been coming here since it was open and was satisfied with the service until today. I have made two appointments for my bf and his friend to get a hair cut at 4:45pm. We came in 5 minutes earlier and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. People came in after us and instantly received service. They also seated people who have appointment at 5pm. We were completely disregard until we reminded them that our appointment was 25 minutes ago. When my bf and his friend finally seated, the service was rushed and unprofessional. The service here was rather disappointing and I’m quite sure this will be our last time here.

Jeff is definitely a very confident and talented hair stylist. Our first visit there was very pleasant. The future’s would be even better :) He is now the go-​to guy for both me and my husband

This was a nice place. My sister was getting a haircut. She has really thick hair and usually most places we go to complain about it like they don’t want to work on her hair. The hair stylist took his time to work and did a good job.

I left Scissor Hands when Charley (yes, that’s how he spells it) Choi left to open At Hair Salon. I’ll follow that guy anywhere. It’s often quiet when I’m there, which is sometimes sad because you wonder where the business is. But at least you’re not hearing EDM blasting like at Scissor Hands. That’s nice. Also, the other staff just kind of… hang around? A bit awkward. Hope this place stays around and gets a steady stream of clients.

Jeff cut my hair last time and he talked too much bullshit. I hate him but I still give him 5 stars!

Best salon in Atlanta. Top notch décor matches the craftsmanship. Newest technique and the best products. Every stylist here has years of experience and their own cutting style. Can’t go wrong. I drive all the way from Buckhead to get my hair cut here. Give it a try!

Used to go to Jeff when he was with Scissorhands but he was constantly overbooked, not too mention i was never a fan of the shop (too dark, too small, too loud).
I kept in contact with him and he told me he was at a new salon he was partners at called «@ Hair Salon». I quickly booked him for an appt and i wasn’t disappointed. He’s been the best and most consistent haircut i’ve gotten in the last 6 years in Atlanta. His shop also does coloring and female hair styling.
Coloring/​Highlights will run about $ 75 depending on what needs to be done
Male Cuts are $ 20
The location is a bit hidden in the plaza but it is correct on google maps. As for the location itself its bright spacious and the music is kept at the right volume. The people are friendly and willing to help you with anything u need.

Love coming to see Yong every chance I get. Over all the best haircut ever. I lived in Fl and I travel up to see my family every couple of months. And even if I don’t have times, I’ll make times to go see Yong! Thank you, Yong!

Recently had a cut there, Jeff did a great job will recommend to anybody who wants to have a great job done for your hair in a great atmosphere w/​clean neat spot!

Highly recommend. Have been to Scissorhand and a couple of other salons around the area; and ended up here. Wide range of customers-​men and women from different races, kids and adults– the hairdressers seem very experienced dealing with different styles and hair types.
This seems to be a new place located in the shopping plaza right behind IHOP. Wasn’t too sure what to expect when I was looking at the place from outside, but once I stepped inside– nice interior, great service as most Asian salons provide, and experienced hairdressers who know what they’re doing. While some other places quickly brushed off most of my hairstyle requests saying those were one-​time styles only possible by using hair irons or a professional blow dry, the hairdresser here, Mr. Yong, worked with me to get something that was the closest to what I wanted. He also explained how to manage the style on my own. When I asked about products, he recommended reasonably priced, affordable ones for my hair and style. Definitely coming here next time. Would recommend calling in first to make reservations.

I’m so, so very happy that Jeff and I reconnected! After he left Scissorhands, I went to 2 different salons to find a replacement, and although had 1 close potential replacement, it just wasn’t the same.
I made my appt. but had to settle for a late one yesterday since Jeff was booked on Sat. The salon was pretty empty, but I think I was his last appt. for the day and it was almost closing time.
The whole salon is pretty minimalist, spacious and open, there is a wall separating the 2 work areas and comfy lounge chairs for those who are waiting. One great thing is that this place is totally lit! That means, you and your stylist can clearly see how your hair is being cut. Like scissorhands, they have K-​pop music playing, but it is not obnoxiously loud and playing all over the place. Just loud enough to fill in the background.
The chairs are waaayy comfy, almost too comfy for getting a hair cut. First off, for those who are vertically challenged like me, the washing station’s chairs has these double foot rests, so if you find that you need to inch your head closer to the sink, you can use the higher, second rests to do this instead of straining your neck to fit into the sink.
The guy washing my hair verified that I was just getting a cut before he selected the shampoo and explained that there are 2 different shampoos for color vs. cuts which is really interesting since I have never had anyone ask me that before.
Now, the chairs you sit in when getting a cut is also really comfortable. They are black, leather armchairs but have the foot rests and swivels. I really like this because you can put your arms in next to you while the protecting cape is laid over the chairs ensuring that no stray hairs find themselves back onto you.
I highly, highly recommend @Hair and Jeff, he actually LISTENS to what you want and does his best to give that to you. Thanks to him, my hair is back to its best!

Charlie is a very skillful designer and I have been with him for years and never disappoint. He and his friend open this place, which open, clean, and modern. They are located in the same shopping center as new sweet hut in Duluth, next to the Great Wall China supermarket.
Service is very good, all the staffs are very friendly. Charlie will cut any style you prefer, don’t know how to describe? No worry, just show him the picture and he will get the look you love!
$ 20 for men’s cut, worth every penny!
