Very frustrating. Stopped by twice in the last week and both times the out of office sign is up, saying «back in 30 minutes.» When somebody is in, there is only one sales associate and the wait is very long. Tried calling and no answer. Trying to pick up my glasses.

Completely terrible experience. I’ve waited two weeks plus for my glasses, tried calling over and over after 14 days and no one will answer or call back. You think after giving a business $ 300 they would actually be helpful but this place completely disappointed me. Go somewhere else for your optical needs.

What amazing customer service! John, one of the employees at Sears Optical, saved me a great deal of time and money last week by offering to match any competitors’ best offers for contact lenses. I had been planning on going to Costco Optical to fill my Acuvue Oasys contact lens prescription, because I hear it’s pretty cheap there, but he called them on speakerphone, found out their rate, and, true to his word, bumped my cost down to $ 10 less than what Costco quoted to us for that brand. He was both friendly and professional, and I got the sense that he was willing to go out of his way to get me a good deal. I just picked up my new contact lenses today and am very happy that I got my prescription filled at Sears Optical; I will be returning there in the future.

Wish I can say something about this location, but there were closed at the time when they supposed to be open. Very disappointing especially because we drove all they way to pick up the glasses and had no other option to comeback. If you state that you are open Sunday from 12 to 5, so stay open.

I have been at this locaton twice and both times with different sales associates ahve been good. Prices are good, frames selection is good but not plentiful and the staffing could be increased as the wait time can be long if they are busy. Having said all that I dound the staff to be friendly, knowledgable, professional, and helpful in selecting out the proper frame. I was very pleased. The sales associate who assisted me was Margaret adn she was great. I will return here again. This location may not be as big and fancy as some of the other places close by e.g. Lenscrafters, For Eyes etc but staff and pricing beats them all. Well worth doing business here.
