Cold Stone Creamery

Went tonight at 10:15, 15 minutes before closing to pick up some valentines ice cream. They had turned the stone off! They said they could put the toppings on top… So can I. We left. Don’t stay open if you’re not leaving your cold stone on, Cold Stone!

There is nothing better than Cold Stone on a hot day! I’m a huge fan! I don’t think they have a bad ice cream or a bad combination! I am a huge fan of the Chocolate Devotion concoction! It’s soo yummy!
This location is awesome because it’s close to a children’s play area, which is great for running off some of the sugar!

The location is right up the street from my new place and located in the Wegmans shopping areA. So it’s convent for me! When we got here on a week night there was only two people working, there was a 3^rd person but she wasn’t helping. There were two groups ahead of us and I felt they were moving really slow but I guess it takes a minute to conjure up this magical ice cream. When we finally got to our turn after waiting 10 minutes the servers where really nice and allowed my husband and daughter to try some flavors. My husband ordered a smoothie (idk why you would order a smoothie at an ice cream place but he did). He said it was just ok. Mean while I conjured up my own ice cream with their toppings and my server made it perfect! It wasn’t to much and it was made just right. Only reason they get a four is cause the moved a little slow but my ice cream was perfection so I’m gonna be loving this location!

I’ve been to many Cold Stones and this location although small was well taken care of, polite service and good eats.
I’ll defiantly be stopping by again!

I love the ice cream in this place. But today was not a good experience. Since we had a warm day after a while, my mom and I decided to stop by for some ice cream, needless to say the place was packed busy. I made a mistake of ordering something other than just ice cream, churro crave. I shouldn’t have, I had to wait for it for almost 20 min. My mom was actually done with hers. Managers should know, when the weather changes, you should staff the place up. The lady ringing the orders was just doing that, and when she had nothing to do, she was on her phone, I actually had to ask her to help the other guy out. Not a good experience. Step it up Sterling location you can do better than this

Worst customer service EVER! The young lady working there was obviously in a terrible mood, refused to honor a request for a military discount and huffed, puffed and actually argued when asked to ensure that all of the ice-​cream was put into the cone instead of being left on the marble slab, a waste for both the customer and the company! We will NOT be returning to this establishment!

I have nothing but great things to say about this location. The staff is always friendly and acts like they ‘like it’ that you’re there (not like you’re an annoyance by interrupting their break) no matter what weird concoction you dream up. I can’t think of one time we’ve been here that they’ve messed our orders up. The Indian (I could be wrong on his nationality, so forgive me) looking guy who’s always there is super friendly and part of the reason we keep coming back. It’s always clean (as are the bathrooms) and parking isn’t an issue.

Stopped in again a couple weeks ago. The ice cream now tastes good, and the people who work there were friendlier. Definitely moving in the right direction!

This location is pretty nice. I’ve been there several times and have always enjoyed my tasty treat I shouldn’t eat. (haha). Mostly high school kids working there like all of the other locations. They have a lot of outdoor seating with a playground area so it’s a good place for moms to meet up and let their children play.

I have been to this location two times and it is not my favorite Cold Stone location at all. There is a lot of parking due to the fact it is in a shopping center. This place however doesn’t accept coupons because I came in here and had 20% off and they wouldn’t take it. They also see to ring up your order super slow and there is no sinless sweet cream. There is sinless cake batter which is an alternative but not the same. I also think it is insane for less than $ 1 more I can get a way bigger portion. Two people order 1 like creation and 1 love it creation for almost $ 12 bucks.

I WILL NOT GIVE THIS STORE MY $$$$$$$ AGAIN!
We ordered a custom cake on 5÷29÷10, paid for it in advance. On the pickup date 2 weeks later, the cake was not made to our specifications. The cake decorator said the wrong toppers were ordered… and still made the cake! The order formed showed all the correct info. There was no manager on duty to authorize any type of refund, so they tried to call one. No answer of course. They were left a message, and I waited 15 minutes to see if we would get a call back. NONE. I made 4 attempts in total calling over a 4 day span at different times of the day. There was always no manager in the store? I finally get a call back 5 days later, and the manager (i assume manager… since she would not identify herself, she kept calling herself cold stone creamery). She was extremely rude, kept cutting me off when I tried to explain the situation. She said the only way I could get a refund is if I bring the entire cake back? WTF? I needed it for a party, I had to serve something. I told her I tried to make contact with her at the store. She didnt seem to care. She called her store owner and came back with the same response… Sorry for the trouble… we can offer you a free ice cream cone or some cookies.
I spent close to $ 100 on a cake. I expect it to be made right! Not sorry… we screwed up on it, and we can only offer you a free $ 3 ice cream cone?
Good way to treat your customers there Cold Stone!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

My eyes are twice the size of my stomach. A «like it» without a waffle cone is the right amount for me. I tried A Pie Who Loved Me, but the combination of fudge on oreo cookie bits stirred into cheesecake ice cream was just way too sweet for me. I’m glad I haven’t spewed caramel vomit anywhere yet. I blame this cheat meal on my coworker’s craving for cake batter ice cream.
