This is an inviting hot yoga studio that specializes in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. This practice is for all body types and abilities, no prior yoga experience, nor flexibility necessary. With the temperature hovering in the mid 90’s, you will tap into your inner power and experience new opportunities. You are invited to come get curious about what is possible for you, to breathe, sweat like no workout before, cleanse your body of toxins, strengthen & lengthen your muscles, to get inspired on and off your mat, and to calmly, confidently, ignite your own way of being.

Born out of Meg’s garage, this was a community waiting to ignite.

Business Owner

As a yoga student, this practice has profoundly affected my life. It has toned and strengthened my body. It has connected me to who I authentically am at my core so that I can live without the concern and masks that I used to carry and wear. In turn it has strengthened my relationships with God, my husband, my children, family, friends, my students, and truly with everyone I come into contact with. This yoga practice has taught me to identify the things I am passionate about and to take action in big ways. I want to do the same for others so that they can ignite that little flame inside of them, whether their passion is transforming their body or creating world peace. My trainings have taken me from Wisconsin and Iowa to Arizona, Texas, Mexico, and Utah where I learn directly from Baron Baptiste, the source of Baptiste Yoga. This is a powerful practice with powerful results that I’m excited about bringing to our Dubuque community.
