History
Established in 2005.
Opened up under the Previous owner Bill Kincaide as a small Café with varied hours to serve airport traffic for American Eagle. Bill retired in 2007 and sold the Buisness to Mike Marshall who had been working for Bill for two years as his Manager/Associate.Mike added a expanded menu and additional Televisions as well as satellite reception and increased dining space and catering to small aircraft that frequented the Dubuque Regional Airport. We have since expanded to generalized catering as well as a full Pizza Menu and Plans for a Malt/Ice cream parlor coming up in 2011 in addition to possible delivery service in 2012.

Mikes foodservice background starts as a Dishwasher for Bakers oven and tea room in Galena Ill in 1982. He was promoted to waiter, He then joined the Navy in 1985 and worked aboard the uss Fort Fisher in the officers wardroom serving the officers aboard the ship. He advanced and became senior cook aboard the Fort Fisher for the officers cabin till his discharge in1992. He was hired by IOCO Truck stop and worked as a cook for Mary Herman where he was taught many Homemade soup recipes, From there he worked for numerous restraunts in the Dubuque, Madison, Milwaukee area until he settled at the Dbq Regional airport in 2005. In 2007 he purchased Fly DBQ Café and has added many services as well as achieved a loyal following from various travelers, private jet owners and area groups that hold there meetings and events at Fly DBQ Café. Buisnesses he has managed include, Dubuque Silver chicken, Days Inn Spirits Bar and Grill, Milwaukee Best Western, Crusader Café Clarke College.
